I worked with Wes, Ryan, and Ty. All of them were professional as well as knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. A technician was sent to our house the same day that we called for service & And our new AC was installed the following day. We were very impressed and will continue to use DorMar in the future for service needs!

My first experience with this company. Dave A was very professional and knowledgeable about HVAC. I signed up for the maintenance program which was very reasonable. I'm the maintenance superintendent over a series of apartment complexes across Columbus and Columbus Metro, and I use this company exclusively because they are prompt, courteous, professional, and always get the job done right. I don't have to go behind them and clean up their mess or fix things that were left undone a matter of fact they find things that I may not have even noticed. If you're not using this company you're missing out in a big way.

Dave Atha was my service tech today, and what a great young man. He was friendly and courteous and very professional. After checking my AC unit, he gave me tips on maintaining it for the most efficiency during summer heat. Since I have used Dor Mar for my heating and AC since 2019, I have always found their technicians to be knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you guys for doing such great work.

Jayden was terrific with our duct cleaning service. He was thorough, professional, and very friendly. You can tell that he truly cares about the customer and he went out of his way to double check our furnaces even after he cleaned the ducts. I am very impressed by the quality of service with Dor-Mar and I will be certainly using them again in the future. 5 Stars and Highly Recommend!!!

Steve & Khyrenn did a great job with 3 services at my house. They were on time, professional, explained an issue with one of my appliances and had the part on hand to replace. They were thorough but very efficient and were in and out in under an hour. Highly recommend!
