Tim was awesome! Absolutely would recommend this company and him specifically. He was very down to earth, helpful, knowledgeable, efficient, prompt, the list goes on! Wonderful service and recommend highly. They came out after hours within 30 minutes of our phone call. This was after other services were unable to come our for weeks, including Puget Sound Energy.

They notified me several days before as well as the day of install. Team were there on time and diligently completed the work. Happily answered all my questions and concerns Took extra care when entering our house .Very satisfied with thier work and the fact they cleaned up after they were done. Recommend unequivially.

I've been using Pacific Heating & Cooling over the years, but for the last two years I've been very disappointed. I prepaid into their club program to have my system maintained twice a year. I paid two years ago. They haven't been out to check my system and preform maintained once since signing up. They have repeated schedule d and canceled due to 'emergencies '. I can understand that happening once but THREE TIMES ? I used to give this company excellent reviews and referrals. I dont know what happened to their customer service and my experience with their oscheduling staff but its been nothing but rudeness and Ill be looking for a different service provider.

Tim was on time and professional. He recommended some things to pay attention to with my furnace be in 15 years old. He did the yearly maintenance on it and told me that they would be calling me to schedule my AC during the spring time. Overall, it was a great experience, I highly recommend them. With over 3000 reviews at 5 stars on Google you cannot go wrong with them.

Prompt and efficient work. All their technicians are knowledgeable. They have kept my system running very well for many years. Very happy with this company.

Had the pleasure of working with Joe and Harvin! Both were super professional, on time, and quick with their installation.
The only lag time was waiting for the electrical team but even then they showed up and knocked everything out quickly (within the hour).

Harvin answered all and any questions I had and was super knowledgeable in all things related to my new furnace and AC unit.
Joe was quick and efficient in his installation of our outside unit. Joe also went above and beyond and helped us repair an issue that was in place from the old home owner, which he did not need to but it is very much appreciated!!

Overall Harvin and Joe did a great job and leave us feeling cool for the summer. 10/10 would recommend/work with these two again in the future!!! Thank you!!

I highly recommend Pacific Heating & Cooling, I have purchased new equipment and utilized their maintenance service for over a decade. Quality professionals who are well trained, efficient, and personable. I am always impressed with the employees knowledge, care and expertise!

From the first visit through completion of install, Pacific was phenomenal. They replaced our ageing gas furnace with an electric heat pump and replaced our entire electrical distribution panel preparing our house for the future. I'd recommend them again and again.
