Pacific Heating & Cooling is amazing! we got my elderly dad a new furnace last year and they were quick to respond & get the job done.
They contacted us for his maintence. Jess was on time, very helpful, super nice, even made sure my dad had a way to keep his house cool in the summer. He was 100% honest.
Hoping Jess comes back next yr for the maintenance and filter change.

Trevor will find any excuse to avoid crawling a long distance in the crawl space. Then wanting electrical advice from myself. I'm not an electrician. He wasted my afternoon and I'm not very happy with his attitude and passive aggressive behavior. Had to call and reschedule the appointment for a week later. Thanks for wasting my time Trevor!

Install was as advertised. They called today for the vent cleaning and just got the follow through to schedule the mechanical and electrical inspection. Just as they indicated would happen. Everything is working and looks good.

The company was very professional, communicated well throughout the process. I like that they sent a picture of the tech coming out so I knew who to expect. Zach was very informative, professional and walked me though the problem and possible solutions with no pressure tactics. He took his time to figure out what was going on. So thankful for you guys and bless you. Same day service actually opened the heater to see what was wrong with it unlike another company. And was fair price. Thank you for finding the issue vs just charging us to replace it without finding the issue.

Gabriel was a great help and answered all my random questions. He also did everything to get my system running normally. I know nothing about costs so I cannot confirm if those were the standard. Just happy to there was something they could do.

Mark did a great job of figuring it out and fixing it. Love my system. Getting it serviced after 8pm was perfect.
