I received a txt with a photograph of my technician and a phone call to let me know he was on the way. He was on time, professional and patient. He listened to my concerns then found the problem and fixed it. Thank you, Michael you were pleasant and professional.

Trevor and his team were so professional and personable! They took time to explain everything they were going to do, wore shoe protectors inside the house, and made sure everything was clean and 100% complete before leaving. My heating system was not working for 2 days n after calling cooling and heating, I got an appt right away. They called way ahead to let me know they were on the way and we’re on time. They were professional and explained everything in detail. The technicians did their best to figure out what the issue was and within a few minutes my heat was back on. They are reasonable and affordable. I had guests coming to my house that evening and they definitely saved the day!

So my ductless A/C and heating unit stopped making warm or cold air. I figured that the refrigerant was low probably due to a leak. So I had Pacific heating an cooling come out and diagnosis this and hopefully fix it. They quoted me $119 diagnostics fee to get a tech out there, I was excited they were able to get here next day and on a Saturday.

The technician showed up and did his diagnosis. He ended up telling me everything is mechanically functioning and is most likely low on refrigerant due to a leak. So this tech doesn't troubleshoot that I guess for the diagnosis.He gave me a quote of over $4700. My whole ductless ac unit itself with installation cost less than $3000. They wanted $1300 just to do a leak search. This is what I thought would be covered in the $119 diagnostics. What a rip off, these prices are ridiculous. I have a basic ductless unit that has one head unit in my living room and the out side unit is directly on the other side of the wall. And it's a one story house.

If I would have known how this price structure worked from the beginning I would have never of had the technician come out in the first place. I ended up paying this tech to come to my house and tell me exactly the same thing I called him out for. So I paid $119 plus tax to be in the exact same place I was before.

Our furnace went out on a Friday right before a cold weekend, and though I prefer to get referrals, I was desperate and found Pacific through a quick Google search. They were able to send someone early Saturday. Gabriel was wonderful! Fixed the issue immediately and gave so much excellent information, patiently fielding my many questions. Very reasonable pricing structure as well. They will be our go-to from now on.

After 3 years of hot summers with our poor window unit, we decided to get A/C. We had several bids, but the moment I met Kyle he made me comfortable this investment was the best choice. No haggling, no bait & switch, just straightforward and professional! Cecil did our install and he was awesome. Put up with my barking dogs and cleaned everything up before they left. We now have a brand new furnace and heat pump!

They showed up on time. Communication on ETA was awesome. Repair person seemed to know what he was talking about which was comforting. My system is 18 years old and should be dead. Although the couldn’t totally resolve the humming noise, his expertise cut the noise from “all the time” to the 1st 1-2 min of the unit starting, and I can live with that. They could NOT have done more. I’ve asked them for a heat pump replacement estimate that will be done this weekend. Super fast appointment and it’s free. Although the price will hurt (from anyone), I totally trust them to give me a competitive price, and the work will be impeccable.

Very responsive to my request for cleaning heat pump and furnace. Detailed all the work they would be doing. Technician arrived in given time frame and was very polite while hear. He was quite knowledgeable and answered all our questions and gave us information on how to better maintain our equipment. Overall happy with their service.

We have had nothing but wonderful service. They don’t try to push services on you. All employees are very professional and nice. They are here when they say they will be. They let you know what they will be doing and an approximate time of how long it will take. We highly recommend them!
