The people that installed the AC and heater were awesome. Along with the electricians, they did a great job. They were all professionals and kept me informed on everything that was being done. Justin the comfort advisor was not pushy and recommended what unit would best work for my home and needs. Overall, Pacific Heating and Cooling is a business I would continue doing business with.

We had our 18 year old furnace replaced and added AC. Prior to the install, the consultation of our home showed how inefficient our old furnace was and the ducting too small for the oversized furnace. The replacement is much more efficient and fits existing ducting (which is the correct size for the home). The professionalism of the Pacific Heating & Cooling team on the day of installation was amazing. They asked questions about where i wanted placement of the AC unit, and made the aesthetics clean. True professionals! The efficiency and comfort of the new system is noticeable. We actually had to turn down the thermostat temperature! In summary, the furnace runs quieter, way more efficient, and the install quality reflects their professional work. You get what you pay for here!

Joe McLeod was awesome, kind, super-friendly, detail-oriented, and so helpful in explaining short-term fix vs. long-term, so that I can assess and make an educated decision that best suits my needs. My 3 pups always bark at anyone new in our home, but they loved him and didn't bark at him at all. Always welcome back and thank you, Joe!

This company and Andrew provided superb service at a fair price. They were responsive and fixed our A/C when it wasn’t working. He was very knowledgeable and shared all of his test results as he did them. I would highly recommend them for an A/C and heating need.

Gabriel S came tonight on an emergency call and we were so grateful for his help. He was polite, kind, knowledgeable and resolved our issue and got us up and running again super quickly!

I cannot say enough good things about this business. Every time they come out the technician is knowledgeable as well as friendly, and they work with you and explain options on how to fix things or address concerns. Matt was awesome and it was good talking with him about my issues with cooling temps around my 2 story home. He was able to identify multiple issues contributing to my problem. Would definitely recommend these guys anytime you have HVAC concerns!

We had a failure in our hvac system and the fans stopped working, and thermostat was unresponsive, despite checking all the 'usual' suspects. I called a couple of places before I found Pacific -one was not able to get out here for a week and half, another I left a message and they didn't call me back (till much later). I spoke with Amber in the office -who was impressive with her customer service professionalism. I was very pleased that they could come out the same day - in the evening -for no more charge than daytime hours. They ended up coming early because the technician finished his previous job early. Michael was very courteous and respectful, very helpful, and quick at his work in assessing the situation. We had a blown fuse and he had the part needed with him - which was installed at the same visit. The cost of doing the assessment/diagnostic is $119 for the house call and if you have a need to replace parts, they have most universal parts on hand. The cost of repair and replacement part was very reasonable, and I felt was a good value. The service received was above average, and beyond expectations. I definitely recommend this service to others for their hvac needs. Thanks Pacific!

Our air conditioning unit quit putting out Cold air on Wednesday night and the day time temp was 85. Thursday was also going to hit 85 so after calling around and everybody being booked until the following week it was great to hear that PHC could stop by first thing on Friday morning. Tim came by, did a bang up job and had us up and running and saved our weekend. On time, fixed the problem and did it at a reasonable rate. I couldn’t ask for more! Thank you all so much!

They did a great job despite the task being much more difficult than any of us thought. Very friendly, professional, and caring (we had a baby and a toddler running around the house while they were here). Glad we chose Pacific Heating and Cooling!
