Nick was amazing and on time after the repair, went thru the system and validated everything was good. The club membership is amazing with that no after hours call out fee even on Sunday.
We will never use anyone else!

We used them to install AC in my home. They were knowledgeable and I felt like I could trust them. They did not try to sell me a bunch of stuff I did not need. Good prices, fast and professional work. My AC system is really nice.

Got an appointment quickly and the tech (Steve W) was great. Very friendly and helpful. It’s nice to be warned about future maintenance work on the horizon, but not be pushed into things too early so we can save up and plan for it. Thanks again!

A friend recommended this company and I can totally understand why. Amazing communication before during and after. Cecil and his crew were so friendly and respectful of the space. They took the time to answer all my questions kindly. It was a bit of an over scheduled long day for them and they were so gracious about everything. There is nothing they could’ve done to make this a better experience and I will ABSOLUTELY recommend to any of my friends need HVAC work. Super impressed and incredibly thankful.

Andrew came out and did general maintenance on our AC/HVAC system. He answered all of our questions, was knowledgeable, professional, and personable. The heat wave came through but the AC was not cooling the house. We called Pacific Heating and Air. They came the same day. Nicholas was very fast and efficient. We had a capacitor that wasn't working. He had it working within an hour. Thank you so much. He was great and professional.

Easy to schedule, notified of arrival time, arrived on time and did a thorough inspection. Good value for the money! Received a discount for signing up for yearly maintenance and now don’t have to remember to schedule for next year. Feel really good about this experience.

Alittle expensive, but I have nothing to compare it to. We opted to join their maintenance program, which added some $$$ onto the bill. But that is just prepaying for the future. So I don't hold that against them. They were very communicative about all the costs up front and the technician made sure we knew exactly what we were paying for. And asked multiple times if we had any questions about any of the charges. The tech was early to the appointment, and they called ahead to make sure we could receive them early. The customer service was top notch. I would use them again, and recommend them to friends. As long as you know that they are going to try to sell you on a extended maintenance program, and You will need to decide for yourself if there is value there for your own specific situation. We chose to go with the extended maintenance plan, and prepay for 2 years worth(2 visits)because the repair we needed done would have been avoided if we did proper maintenance on our furnace in the first place. So for us it made sense. For someone with better mechanical skills that can preform the maintenance themselves it might not. In the end we were happy with our service. And plan to continue the bussiness relationship.
