I was sitting at the light at 38th and Alaska this morning about 8:20am. The light turned green and as I start to turn left a Five Star Mechanical van comes speeding through he red light. If your work is anything like your technicians driving I'm sure its pretty substandard. . One day this knucklehead is going to kill someone with your company's name on their van and you won't have a company anymore.
We have a 20+ year relationship with five star. They installed our HVAC system and have maintained it all these years. They have always been quick to respond to problem calls and all their people are professional and polite.
Debbie and Sherina are amazing. Our company refrigerator went out during the extreme 100+ temperatures and I was no showed twice by another company. After calling Five Star Mechanical they have gone above and beyond to make sure we were serviced. Their customer service is phenomenal. Bryan, the tech, was also very helpful. I will be a returning customer and recommending them to others!
Saltwater Church suddenly lost heat in their office building on a Friday. The dispatcher was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Caleb came out within about an hour of our call, diagnosed the problem, and got the system up and running. He gave us the option of replacing the part that had shorted out, or seeing if the system could work adequately without it. We asked him to locate the part and give us a quote. We got the quote just 2 days later. We are very impressed and will use Five Star again!
I had an emergency situation with my water chiller this morning and I work in aerospace chemical processing. So our Water Chiller is a key instrument to our processes. Without it we would be dead in the water. I made a call at 5am and the customer service was OUTSTANDING! Service tech was promptly here and ready to go. Service Tech diagnosed the problem explained the problem in words everyone could understand.
I also received a prompt quote via email from the service manager. 5 Stars knowledge and technicians expertise is 5 STARS all the way. Thank you to Jason & Chuck!
The name says it all. Our heater went out just before Christmas. I contacted them the day after Christmas, expecting it to take days if not weeks to receive service (like every other company I called that day) I was contacted later that night and was told they would have someone out the next day in the late afternoon. 8:00 am that day I received a call that they were on the way, they arrived before 8:30. This company blew my expectations out of the water! I could not recommend them enough.
I called this guy on a Saturday night at 9:30 PM expecting to leave a message. He answered, and I discussed with him that our office was hot, the AC had failed Friday afternoon and I was concerned about operations on Monday. He came down Sunday morning at 8:30 AM on his way to visit family, diagnose and fixed the issue by 9:00 AM and left, refusing payment. What can I say? This guy has my business forever.
Requested a diagnostic service for an error code in a new furnace. The tech came out, couldn't figure out the issue but I still ended up with a $502 bill anyway. Buyers be aware.
My business is of selling meat and meat products, and my fridge broke down during peak summer. Imagine the drudgery! If not for Five-star Mechanical, I would have lost so much money. These guys just repaired everything in such a short time. I was never expecting such a fast and professional commercial service. I can never thank these guys enough for saving my business.
