Came out and did diagnostic. Gave alot of info, very high and offered alot of additional parts raising costs. Don't know if necessary, very nice and seemed knowledgeable but don't know and cost kept rising. Felt pushed some towards purchasing new ac.

We called on a Saturday morning and had somebody at our house by 1pm. Joshua was so kind and helpful, he explained everything that needed to be done with full detail. I would highly recommend Pacific Heating and Cooling.

Steve did a great job with a review and correction of refrigerant volume and reducing the size of the air intake pipe. Also replaced our thermostat which was not controlling the heat pump correctly. Great work and explanation.

When we were getting different estimates for both a furnace (ours was a 1975 model and almost dead) and a heat pump system, Jeremy was extremely thorough. He explained our options and gave detailed information on the different levels of available systems. Being able to choose the level of the system being installed was the reason we decided to purchase our system with your company (along with the detailed inspection and explanation), even though Pacific Heating and Cooling was more expensive than the other estimates. The crew that installed the system were extremely professional, quick and explained what they were doing at all times. They wore feet covers when needing to come into the house and cleaned up after themselves. For this stage of having the new heat pump system, I would highly recommend Pacific Heating and Cooling.
