As a consumer I take partial responsibility for my bad experience, horrible service and low quality of work because I trusted a what seemed to be local and reliable company. After numerous failures on their part including: quoting me prices then trying to raise the amount later and making me prove to them I was quoted lower, their installers complaining to my tenant about how inconvenient and bad of a job it was for them to do, multiple issues shortly after install, no show or late showing to appointments and now over a year later have had 3 separate instances of their poor workmanship ; wiring wasn't correctly done, burning smells and noises which were both found to be the results of packaging pieces(plastic and cardboard) left in the unit. Do not be like me, do more research, get multiple quotes and if you need a strong referral to a quality company I have used since on multiple projects both heat and ac related go with Kliemann Brothers in Tacoma.

We had a great experience. Jason showed up well within the time frame given. He was friendly, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. He found the problem with our heat pump quickly and never tried to oversell us.

when Gary from Puyallup heating and air conditioning showed up I knew what he was talking about right off the bat because I myself was a journeyman refrigeration HVAC mechanic as a younger man. Not only did he fix the first system we worked on with the second system was not fixable. Gary didn't even charge me for the second system even though he should have charged me a troubleshooting charge.
I would rehire Puyallup heating and air conditioning to do any and all of my service work in the future.
I have a construction project with install of HV AC equipment pending and I'm going to use Puyallup heating and air conditioning and I look forward to reviewing the installed apartments service and quality of craftsmanship.

On 06/05/2019 I had my furnace and AC unit inspected after we moved into our new home and found out that our furnace needed to be replaced and AC unit needed to have some work done. The tech said that the sales department would contact me regarding both. To this day I have never received a call or quote. My wife tried calling several times and left messages with no call back. Long story short were quoted by Costco and had a new furnace installed by Brennan Heating & AC within a couple of weeks. So much for keeping it local in Puyallup.

Jason came out to my location and he was honestly great. Was in no rush (literally waiting for ice to melt) and got the job done. Will use again for any of our tenants! (Plus their appointment slots are way sooner then everyone else).

They were prompt at scheduling and coming out to check my furnace. David the technician was amazing! Very friendly and was detailed in letting me know what the issue was. He seemed to genuinely care about fixing the problem and was very professional.

The service technicians are the best. Jason has been helping us for years. We can call tech as needed band they are superb. Their products are very good but their people are better.

Very professional. Our furnace went out during a cold spell. We called Puyallup Heating and we had a new furnace within 48 hours.
Love the UV air cleaner . No more mold in our washer dispenser drawer after having to clean out mold every month.

We called Puyallup Heating and A/C to take a look at our Fireplace and Gas Furnace. Jason arrived as scheduled and completed the work in a very professional matter for a reasonable price. We will definitely be calling them next time we need any work done. VERY happy with their service!
