We are very happy with our AC installation. We got another bid from a different company and then thought we should get a comparison bid as well. So called Puyallup Heating and Air. They were able to come out and give us a quote THE SAME DAY! Eric was very personal and professional. Their bid was $1600.00 lower than the previous bid. Installation was the following week!!! We couldn't be happier!

Great experience with Puyallup Heating and Air. The tech, Jason, came out and diagnosed my old gas furnace outage and had it up and running in less than 30 minutes. Entire appointment was an hour including diagnosis, repair and clean up. Friendly and prompt. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Couldn't be happier with the service we received when having to replace our furnace and AC. Brian was quick to respond to my initial inquiry and answered all of my questions. When the team came out to do the work we discovered a leak in the water heater. Thankfully they were able to take care of that at the same time. All of guys on the team doing the work were friendly and professional, even with my curious, sometimes too loud dogs around.

Gary was awesome! He took his time to explain everything that I wanted to know about our furnace and AC. He’s very accommodating. I felt confident that I was getting the job done right. I will request him personally the next time we need anything related to our furnace and AC.

He explained the problem and he completed the repair in a timely fashion and he explained things in a way I could understand. He was professional, courteous, and honest. Gary from Puyallup Heating and Air Conditioning has been to our house twice and both times was courteous and professional and took the time to explain everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He taught me basic maintenance things that I could do myself like how to clean our furnace filters and how to clean the coils on our AC unit. He showed me how to set our thermostat to the most efficient settings. He never made me feel like I was asking a dumb question, although I didn't have to ask many questions because he explained everything so thoroughly and in a way that someone who doesn't know about furnaces and AC units can understand. Thank you!!

My technician (Isaac)was excellent! He was on time, talked over needed repairs and explained questions I had about HVAC. He was professional and cleaned the furnace when he was finished with the maintenance. Puyallup Heating and Air Conditioning is an excellent choice!
