I ‘ve been doing business with Puyallup H/C for several years and had excellent service from them. Jason arrived on time today to do my annual service call and completed it very timely and efficiently. Very knowledgeable technicians throughout the company.

He did a great job. Provided me with the right information I needed and guestions that I asked. Did extra items I did not expect, such as totally cleaning my heat pump. My neighbor was looking for a company to service his system and I recommend your company .

They were on time, professional and they were all very kind. Todd and Kevin are who installed our AC and they had to work in a crazy hot attic. They did great. Highly recommend

I have been a customer of Puyallup Heating for about 25 years.I had to replace heat pump and called Puyallup Heating. Gary came out and assesed my existing heat pump. I throughly appreciated Gary's honest review of my existing pump. Offered a frew suggestions and ideas for a new system. I called and Brian came out and provided options to replace my pump and some furnace upgrades. Both Gary and Brian are quality people who care about the quality of work and service they provide. Could not think of doing business with any other heating company.

We have used Puyallup Heating and Air Co for a few years now. They are always professional, quick to respond, and notify me if they are running late. Highly recommend!

This is a terrible place to try and do business with. Sadly, there is no ZERO star rating to give them. I had to work my day around the scheduled appointment for an estimate. The appointment did not happen because, alas, my location was too far for Brian, the estimator, to drive. During the initial call to set up the appointment with the business i was assured that they indeed conducted business at my location. Brian called the day of my appointment, claiming to need more information. Instead, he offered suggestions on how to resolve my issue by providing suggestions that were already installed my unit. He indicated that there was no solution to my problem. It was quite obvious that he was trying to get out of the appointment without actually saying so. Or, he knows nothing about central air-conditioning. He's obviously not very smart to think that he was the first call i made to an HVAC contractor. And, obviously, he did not know that i am an engineering manager and some of my engineers work on Environmental Control Systems, a fancy name for air conditioning on airplanes.

I cannot and do NOT recommend this place. However, if you do decide to do otherwise, may i suggest that you do your due diligence to research your issue before talking to them so that you're on a level playing field. i'm not saying that they will hoodwink you but in my opinion and given my personal experience, the possibility could certainly exist.

I have been using Puyallup Heating and Air for about 5 years now. I wouldn’t consider using any other company for my heat/AC needs. David, our tech, is always on time and there hasn’t been any issue he couldn’t fix. Would highly recommend!

I wanted to change a house I recently bought from cadet heating to a heat pump. Ducting needed to be install, gas ran, etc.... Puyallup Heating & A/C came out and did a fantastic job installing the system. The came back a few weeks later and fined tuned the system just in time for the winter. Outstanding job overall.
