    THE BAD
    I would like to share my negative then very positive experience with Puyallup Heating. I needed a weekend visit for my AC, no airflow. I travel thus my wife had to handle the Tech call to the house. Tech showed cleaned air filter, charged me an appropriate amount then left. I was skeptical of his work and knowledge because I clean the filter twice a year, but AC was working again. Week later it went out again. I called back same guy showed and I showed him that my coils were like a block of ice, he apologized for missing it the first time, then he noticed where I had a kinked hose outside by my unit with leaking oil. Yes the culprit, $1,600 later it was working again.
    Well, for about a week or two. I then called back and asked for another tech, Jason came, he was very knowledgeable and informed me that it all is working but most likely particles inside the system that was not cleaned out during the re-charge, but he did not know if the other Tech drained the whole system, nitroed it out, then re-charged or just re-charged. His advised it should be cleaned out, nitro it for purity, he wasn't sure his company would go for that. He added a few more lbs of R22, worked great for two weeks then froze again.
    My wife called again, Jason had to inform her that he was told his company WOULD NOT be paying for a complete discharge and re-charge of the system.
    THE GOOD
    Once I got home, made a call to the company and advised them this was not acceptable in not so polite terms. I was connected with Mark, he listened to my upset attitude, without interrupting, excellent customer service. He asked if he could have some time to get back with me after consulting with all involved. The next day he called back, advising that it was totally Puyallup Heating fault and they will fix the issue at no cost. The problem is they really can't say what the problem is. They suggested giving me a $1600 discount towards a new AC unit since mine is 15yr old and provided me with a price. I contacted a friend of mine who is in the HVAC business, he advised the price they gave me is a very good price for what they are doing.
    I was so pleased with the service Tech Jason, then the customer service from management Mark and Bryan that I decided to replace my furnace as well. Then Jackie was able to schedule my appointment two weeks ahead of schedule.
    I have to say this business started out as a 1 star, but because of the upper management's intent to "Do the right thing" by convincing and showing me they are willing to take a loss to satisfy a dissatisfied customer showed me how genuine they are.

    I had a great experience with everyone involved replacing my furnace. The guy who initially came out was very knowledgeable about what was wrong and what I needed to do. He then got me in touch with the people who actually replaced the furnace and they were awesome. It felt like they cared about my situation and not having heat, they were all knowledgeable and very professional. I recommend them to anyone who is having issues with their furnace. Thanks to Brian and his team it was a pleasure to work with them

    I can't recommend this company enough! They were able to book an appointment for me immediately. Jason showed up right on time and he was so friendly. He was quick and efficient! He explained everything in layman's terms for me since I know exactly zilch about furnaces. They were cheaper than I expected which is always great. If I ever need my furnace or ac serviced again, Puyallup Heating and Air Conditioning is the ONLY place I'll call!

    The receptionist was courteous and helpful on the phone. David came to my house promptly and was very careful about cleanliness and explaining my system to me. He was very knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly and gave me good advice about future care of the heat & air conditioning system. I could not recommend them more highly.

    I just wanted to say that I am so impressed with Puyallup Heating & Air Conditioning. They were life savers yesterday. We had no heat for a week -
    I contacted another company who we have used before saying help we needed someone yesterday aka No Heat ( no names included ) but they couldnt come for 3 or 4 days. I did my research and saw some great reviews for Puyallup Heating so I called them explaining our situation. They came through big time.

    Bottom line - we had someone to our house within the hour. Our technician - David went above and beyond - he is absolutely FANTASTIC. This guy knows his stuff! We were up and running within the hour. He also had some helpful safety tips for us since we have an older than old furnace well past its expiration date.

    This is without a doubt our new go to heating / air conditioning company from here on out.

    initial contact was good but it went downhill quick. after initial visit the filled refrigerant in a/c and told us all was good (charged us 750)within 36 hours a/c blowing warm again. we have a leak okay going to be another 500 to come out? why wouldn't a professional company offer the leak test the 1st time. beware shoddy repairs and Katie the dispatcher that another story in itself. use at you own risk.
    needless to say we replaced the whole system with another local company.

    I moved in this house a couple of years ago. Towards Fall of that year, I decided to have my A/C and furnace checked in preparation for the first winter in the new house. I saw that there was a decal on the A/C and furnace and it was being serviced by Puyallup Heating & Air Conditioning. I gave them a call, and never regretted it. Jason, one of their technicians, was so friendly and very helpful in letting me understand their system. This year again, Jason was the one who helped me with my new heat pump. I'd give Jason in particular and Puyallup Heating in general a five-star rating!

    Isaac was fantastic. He showed up on time and was very professional. He explained everything that was going on. He finished the job in a timely manner and also made some recommendations for our heating system to run more efficiently.

    The Technician Watson time and performed an excellent job for the heat pump and the furnace. The pump looks like new.

    I've used Puyallup H & A numerous times over the years, first for installing a new furnace, and just this week on maintenance of my AC unit. Great guys and gals, always courteous and on time, have always returned my calls and answered all my questions. I highly recommend them
