Got a good deal on a great product with them. Most positive experience with the staff, and Brian is the best! I did a lot of research, got several quotes before committing and becoming a customer, and Brian was always there to help - both with technical, financing and just friendly advice. Even years after installation, he's still my first line of communication, making me feel the company is part of the local community.

Great service and were able to fit me in when we had no heat. We will be switching to Puyallup Heating and Air from this point going forward as our previous company was non responsive in an emergency and the techs were not nearly as knowledgeable as Jason!

We had Puyallup Heating & Air Conditioning come out to do a check up on our York Gas Furnace and Heat Pump that are seven years old. Jason did a wonderful job of explaining why we needed a part for the heat pump to extend its’ life expectancy. We trust his judgement. He actually told us last year we would need to make this change in the near future. Jason is very professional and courteous. He always puts on shoe protectors when he comes inside the house. We purchased another two year contract that saves us money. We will continue to use this excellent company

We had Puyallup Heating out to service our furnace, A/C and diagnose our inoperative gas fireplace. Not only were they right on time (nothing worse than being given a 2 hour window and having them show up in the last 20 minutes of it) but he worked quickly and talked us through the problems he found. Would definitely use them again!

I loved how professional this company is and the follow through with our experience. Tristan, Chewy and Mark (electrician) we’re on time, cleaned everything up and showed me how to use the new HVAC and AC. Erik Hoover was our salesperson and he was fabulous. I highly recommend them!

I called Puyallup Heating after hours on a Monday for an issue with my furnace and they had a tech at my house first thing Wednesday morning. The tech was right on time and knew within 45 seconds what the noise issue was. Turns out it’s a known issue with the Carrier unit we have. He had the part on his van and was able to get us taken care of in one trip.

It wasn’t a cheap fix but it came with a level of certainty that it was taken care of and I know we will have a working furnace going forward.

Entire experience was great. Quick service getting out to our house to give us a quote, flexible with our schedule for installation and our needs. Helped us plan for our short term and long term savings. Installers were very hard working and respectful.

Service personnel have in-depth knowledge of the equipment they're scheduled to service. They're professional, courteous, prompt, reasonably priced and efficient. They rescued me from a bad A/C install with another company in 2005 and have provided superior service since that time. I'm so grateful to have found at least one business who truley understands the definition of excellent customer service!

They have always been responsive to any issues ww have had and they don't quit until you are completely satisfied. Puyallup Heating was very responsive to my home needs. I never felt pressured to purchase more than my home needed and they were able to give me several options while looking to install AC in my house. Erik was a pleasure work with, the Secretary was very professional during our communications, and the installation crew was prepared to complete the job, very professional, cleaned up after they were done, and walked me through the installation job and basic operations of my new HVAC system.
