I have been with Puyallup H&A for about 29 years. They are a great company and very dependable and easy to work with. Their costs are very fair. I have had the same technician, Gary, for about 15 years and he is the best. He is dependable and explains everything to me and I trust his him. He is an expert and very nice. It's always great to see him when he comes out twice a year to service my furnace and air conditioner. Brian is a great salesman. I am getting a new furnace and hot water heater and he gave me a very fair price. He explained all the options to me and he and Gary worked together to make sure I have the best system for my home's needs. I can't recommend the company or these two men enough. And Katie, the scheduler, is the best. Thanks. I look forward to many more years with this company.

From the moment we received a bid until the installation of a new heat pump and furnace was completed, we were kept informed of installation, the crew arrived on time, and were professional. We are warmer, more comfortable in the house, and the air quality is 1000% improved. No doubt summer will be perfectly cool in the house, too. They gave us a complete walk-through of the system so we’d understand how it worked and our future maintenance needs.

The whole experience of replacing my furnace and adding air conditioning was effortless. Erik explained my options without the usual sales pressure. My install appointment was prompt and the crew arrived and finished as promised. The crew was professional, respectful and informative. What really impressed me was the "after service". I called because I could maintain temperature. Within 1 hour, my rep arrived to assess the situation. Turns out, I had an old filter in a uptake vent which was preventing proper air flow. The Gary came out to check all functions were working perfectly. He shared some valuable information regarding furnace efficiency. The entire team from office staff to technicians are top notch (and I've been in sales and customer service for almost 40 years).

I had used Puyallup Heating in the past for a couple small issues, but now it was finally time to replace my 40 year old furnace. My estimator Erik was very professional, and didn't try to up-sell me on things I didn't need. I felt the pricing for this project was very fair, and they were able to get me scheduled quickly. Their technicians, Jason & Todd, were knowledgeable and professional. The whole process was simple and painless, so I would highly recommend this company.

Jason was our service tech. Because of Covid, I left him to do his thing. I have been using Puyallup Heating since 2015 and have only had one issue with one service tech in the past. The company quickly sent another tech to redo the poor work previously done. I am assuming Jason did a good job this time. He said everything looked good except for one part on our heat pump that would need to be replaced within the year. He said the service report would be emailed to me since they now use tablets rather than paper for their report. At end of service I was told to call in to Katie to make payment by credit card, which I did. She said she would send me the receipt and necessary paperwork. I ended up calling three times over the span of 9 days in order to get my receipt and the paperwork of the service agreement I had purchased. Each time I called I actually spoke with a human being but was given some sort of excuse as to why it couldn’t be sent then but promised it would be sent by the next day. After the third time calling I finally got the receipts but have yet to receive the service tech report stating his findings. I really want to give this company 5 stars but I can’t because of all the trouble I have had just to get my paperwork. I have emailed asking for the remaining missing paperwork. It’s been 2 days with no response. I wonder how many more times I will have to contact them to get that.

Really good experience with both the technician and person booking appointments. They got everything sorted on my unit quickly and now my big old dog is all comfy in the cool air once more.

We had Erik from Puyallup Heating & Air Conditioning come to our home last year. He was very professional, honest and informative; while helping us choose the most economical and beneficial heating and cooling solution for our situation. Unfortunately we were unable to proceed at the time. This year, we contacted Erik directly and he had retained the original quote, measurements, pictures, etc... He had an updated quote to us within a few hours with some minor improvements, handled the communication with our lender, etc... Very simple.

Installation was scheduled within two weeks. Jason and Kevin arrived right on time. Both were also, very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They were happy to answer all of my questions. Erik stopped in during the installation to make sure everything was going as planned. Mark, the electrician, arrived later in the afternoon, was very professional and provided the power for the unit in the least disruptive and most efficient manner possible.

Overall I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of work and attention to detail given. From the initial call and interaction with Erik last year, to completion of install. I will recommend them to friends and family for sure and would in general recommend anyone looking for heating or cooling solutions to, in the least, make sure they are one of your three quotes.

We've worked with Puyallup Heating and Air Conditioning several times and have been very happy with their work. They know what they're talking about and have been great at explaining what they're doing, as well as what we can do to clean our system ourselves!

Just had a new tankless water heater installed by Brian and his team, and I have to say the experience was great all the way throughout. I received many quotes from other shops in the area, but what I appreciated about Puyallup Heating & A/C is that they did not try to upsell me into a higher capacity model than what my home needed... unlike the other places that never took the time to explain how model ratings worked.

My install was done by Kevin, who arrived early and was very pleasant to deal with. Even when a different adapter had to be brought out from their office in order to complete the install, they just took care of it and never turned it into an adjustment that I needed to take care of.

I definitely recommend this company and will certainly have them back out when it's time to replace our furnace.
