    We built a new home 5 years ago and Puyallup Heating was great to work with on the design of the air and hot water systems. They installed on budget and schedule and the systems have performed great. We have had some service requirements along the way and they have been quick to respond and always strive for the most economical way to resolve problems in a quality fashion. Jason has helped us with a couple of issues and was great at explaining things so I could understand and suggesting the best way to resolve things. Very personable and professional. Highly recommended!

    Puyallup Heating and Air quoted competitively and then installed all of our A/C & Heating requirements with a large dedicated team. Subsequent follow ups and question have been responded quickly and Jason their maintenance engineer attended yesterday to check on system as we are having renovations, and was polite, very knowledgeable, and friendly.

    These guys are great! Shout outs to Brian and Jordan. I lost my heat on a cold night and they called me as soon as they opened this morning. This is the second time that I have needed someone quickly. The experience was stress free. They are quick to respond, efficient, and know what is needed.     We were very pleased with the crew that came out and installed our new furnace/air conditioning unit. Mark, Kevin and Brian were friendly, professional and hard working. Very impressed. So far the new system works great and we're waiting for more hot weather to fully enjoy the AC. Erik did a good job walking us through the options available to us and actually recommended the most reasonable option.

    We recently had them replace our furnace and air conditioner. The staff is very friendly, the installers were neat, polite and tidy--knew their stuff and answered all of our questions thoroughly. A special thanks to Brian Egan, Comfort Consultant. He will come to your home and explain their products. There is no pressure to purchase but you will be able to make an informed decision. Brian will follow up later to make sure the customer is completely satisfied.

    I had a problem with my furnace (35 year old Coleman 3400-818) in that it came on when the weather was warm and I had the thermostat set to "off". The only way to turn it off was to cut off the electricity at the breaker box. I had had this problem before, and it then turned out to be a bad (Honeywell) thermostat, so I replaced the replacement thermostat, but that did not solve the problem. I called Puyallup Heating and Air Conditioning. They were very busy due to the onset of cooler weather, so I had to make do with space heaters for about a week. Jason T. was the tech who came out to repair my furnace. He was very courteous and professional, as well as knowledgeable about how to test for malfunctioning parts. He replaced the sequencer with a new one he had in his truck, and then tested the furnace to make sure it was functioning correctly, all in under 1 hour. Thanks, Jason and Puyallup Heating and Air Conditioning! My only (minor) complaint was that it cost a bit more than I would have liked but my house is now ready for Winter. I will call them again if my furnace needs repair. Thanks again!

    Great service! You get a 2 hour window for your service appointment, but I received a phone call the morning of our appointment to let me know exactly when to expect my technician, Jason — that was a nice touch. Jason was respectful, competent, friendly, and took the time to explain each troubleshooting step to me as he went along. Less than an hour after he arrived, fuses were replaced, I learned which signs and symptoms to watch out for vs. which shouldn’t concern me, and I had some idea of what I should expect long term for the lifecycle of my heating system — as a new homeowner, that was incredibly helpful for my budget planning. All this for a very reasonable price. I would 100% call upon them again. Thanks, Jason!

    My total experience with Puyallup Heating & Air was phenomenal from start to finish. Brian Egan was our point of contact and he was was exceptionally communicative and honest with me throughout. I was most impressed with them when he tried to convince me to spend less money on a system that is best for our PNW environment than what I thought needed through my own research. I ultimately ended up going with the more expensive system, but his honesty and candid responses made me feel at ease with our purchase and this company.

    Installation: My wife and I have been exceptionally isolating during this time of COVID. We have not been in contact with any friends, have been working virtually, and have not eaten out or even have food delivered. We have not broken our bubble. With that said, we knew we needed a new system and just needed to break our bubble for a day to have this done. We were exceptionally apprehensive about having them in our home. I purchased jumpsuits, surgical masks, and booties for them to wear. They very gladly used them and even thanked me for ensuring their safety while in our home. I was most impressed with how often they changed their booties (every time the came in or out). They were very thorough, clean, and professional. The three gentlemen got the entire installation done quickly, smoothly, and it looks great.

    I would MOST DEFINITELY recommend this company for any and all HVAC (and even plumbing) work. I have already recommended them to my parents and also my in-laws for their upcoming needs.

    I was getting an error on my thermostat so I called to schedule service. I have a maintenance plan and this was not covered. ??? The technician did a great job and discovered the problem and would get the part ordered. I was expecting at minimum a phone call back with update. Over a week goes by, my bad I should have followed up sooner. When I called the person was like I was just getting ready to call you. They have to special order the part and they are not sure how long it will take. Okay understandable but he came across like he already knew this so I was left feeling that he could have called me last week. Like I said my bad for not following up. Had I called the next day, maybe the part could have been ordered a week earlier??? This made me frustrated so I started making more inquiries. Of course this upset him. At the end, I told him to order the part and that I expect a phone call back with some kind of update that day. No call back. Very unprofessional and awful customer service.
