The technician explained to me what he did & why it needed to be done to my unit. I really appreciate that & he measured my unit for me so that I'm using the correct filter for my unit. Also he informed me of the services Michael & Sons offer & supplies/items I can purchase from them that I would need to keep my unit working effectively.

We had a great experiace, we just purchased a home and called for a system checkup. The service tech was bale to. Come withing 24 hours and acted professionally and were super friendly with my family and pets! They even took special care to make sure our pets did not slip out opened doors while they where here. The tech found a few issues, and was able to deal with them immediately. Prices were very fair, and I appreciated the talk through and walk through of all work, before and after! I'm adding Michael and Sons to my list of local places to recommend!

It super easy to schedule an appointment. They came out the day after I called and kept me up-to-date my technician's eta. De'Montre was our guy and he is awesome! So polite, informative and paid attention to details. Would definitely recommend Michael & Sons!

I wish I would have contacted this company from the beginning of my issues stemming from my well pump wire being cut by a fence company. There is a saying “Do it right or do it twice” and if I had used Michael and Son from the start, I would have been in a great place. They have been so professional and it helps they do plumbing and electrician work under one roof. I’m sure Austin is over this job because my house is full of (not good) surprises but every person from this company that has had to come support him has been patient, friendly and honest. They even send photos and a write up so you can reference later if needed. Highly recommend folks to use them!

Michael & Sons employees Edy, Mario & Cristian did a fantastic job all around! We were in need of an entire overhaul of a 30 year old HVAC system. The consultation appointment was able to be quickly set up and Edy was assigned to the job. He did a thorough consultation and effectively went over his recommendations. He was polite, respectful of me and my family home. He made sure to look at all areas of the home that would be involved in the very large job and took pictures along the way to make notes for the installation team. I had several other companies come out to give estimates and Edy out performed the others. Once we agreed to conduct business, he became the project manager. He continued to answer all questions, maintained communication throughout the process, and stopped by the home on the first install day to check on the crew and job status. Our installation team were Mario & Cristian, who worked well with each other while tackling each component of the one and a half day job. They were mindful of the home and placed drop cloths to protect our floors. They tidied up after both days and on the first full day they removed the old units from the lawn and curb. They also tidied up their supplies inside the home and had the areas prepped for the second day. After the entire process was done, the installation team walked me through to look over the job and showed me how to use the new thermostats. Great job all around, looking forward to using this company again and for annual maintenance of my HVAC units!

Trey, my plumber was efficient and personable. The cost seemed high, but these days at age 74 most everything costs me dearly. The days of do it yourself is nigh impossible.
