Austin was on time and professional. He quickly understood the task at hand and went about installing it in a timely manner. He was courteous throughout the interaction. His work product is clean and labeled my breaker for future reference. Definitely recommend their services.

First I want to say the Technician was kind and professional. But my system is still broken l apparently and I paid more than the service fee only for him to leave me with the same results. I feel like I'm being nickel and dimed for different services. Especially since I had the system maintenance not even 45 days ago... Needless to say I'm not happy and I wouldn't recommend you guys to anyone.

Just signed up for the maintenance plan after our first visit. Aaron was very helpful, informative, and timely. Great value overall in regards to the plan itself.

The technician was very thorough, took pictures of ductwork and discovered some mold building up. He also discovered the system was wired improperly! I am impressed with Jacobs' work ethic and professionalism. Send him a gift card, he deserves the praise!

Tyler was very professional and went through every step he took in such a way we both understood. Very meticulous in checking the system first before any changes or unnecessary additional work that would cost more money. Made suggestions as well on how to improve not only the entire system but also installing what we asked. The integrity, professionalism and overall conduct Tyler exhibited was beyond anything we have experienced when it comes to repair work. So my husband and I would like to thank Tyler as well as Michael and Sons for outstanding work ethics and overall honesty. We highly recommend both Tyler and his employers M&S!!!

Called at 4 in the morning, there was someone there to answer the phone and set up my service appointment. The gentleman showed up at 8:30 that morning, came in and put on boot covers to protect the floors. He went straight to work, found the problem in a very reasonable amount of time. Made the repair, pulled a little needed maintenance and had everything done in a couple of hours. Very nice, personable and professional gentleman. He explained everything that was needed and what he was going to do. The price for service and parts was very, very reasonable. I couldn't ask for better service than what I received, from the call at 4 am. to finished service it was excellent. I recommend Michael & Sons to everyone who wants good service at a good price, and the peace of mind you get from knowing the job was done right.
