Technician arrived early in time-frame and was very friendly and answered every question I had. Even though they could not repair my system as it was very old. They got a replacement out to help get me into a new unit and even offered to provide a window unit to help keep our Huskey cool while we wait on the new installation.

We used them to help with extensive electrical work that we needed. They came out to do an evaluation quickly and were able to get the work done fast. Great communication on what to expect and honored their windows of time that they’d be in our space. So professional and evident that they are highly trained and experts at what they do. High quality work that I know will last!

Akeem and Brandon were awesome. On time, efficient, and friendly. Their analysis/suggestions were spot on and definitely improved our electrical/lighting profile. Michael and Sons scheduled the work in the same week we initially requested service. Well done!

Jules was very professional and explained everything to me as he went. I was originally scheduled for another company but they were not responsive enough for my emergency so I called Michael and Sons and within a few hours on the same day they were here. The house is slowly cooling down and both me and my old husky are grateful!

Joel and his co-worker were kind, polite and respectful. I received notifications days before their arrival and at least 30 minutes before their arrival as well. They replaced our Heating and A/C systems within hours. They put a drop cloth down in the area of the house they were working in, cleaned up the area when leaving and removal of our old system. I was very pleased with the replacement system and how efficient they were to get the job done. Thank you to Michael & Sons for getting the job done and I would definitely recommend their services to others.

The employee came to my home and was very friendly and courteous. He wore booties and explained what he was going to do prior to completing the work. He also made recommendations to improve the air quality and provided pictures to explain his reasoning. Great employee who did a wonderful job!

I had a great experience from the time I called to set the appointment until the job was completed. Wish I remembered the name of the young lady I spoke to on the phone but she was very sweet. My technician Joshua called before he came, and was on time. I like that the company sends you a text when they are on the way- it includes a picture of the technician and a little bio information. Joshua was helpful and took time to explain what was going on. Will use again as I purchased the maintenance plan.

Micah did a great job. He assessed and solved our issue quickly. Checked the whole system and explained his process. He couldn’t have done anything better.

I had Josh come to my home to inspect my toilet that kept running and my kitchen sink that was leaking underneath. Although he was professional and timely, and he even fixed my toilet for free during the dispatch visit (tank was just too full), he told me that everything underneath my kitchen sink needed to be replaced (pipes, gaskets etc) and it would cost me over $500 for him to fix it… I went to Lowe’s, bought a $3 gasket and fixed it myself in 30 minutes. My pipes do not need replacing as they were checked by another plumber afterwards. This company was totally trying to rip me off!!!! I will NEVER use them again for anything!! Be careful using them. Get second opinions!!!
