Thank you so much for MANY years of service covering two different homes in San Antonio. Reuben went out of his way to schedule us as a priority during a hot weekend without AC...Thank You! Louis, the technician, was knowledgeable, professional and went above and beyond to help us repair our existing system until we could get a new one. Also need to mention Kay...I’ve heard her voice over the years scheduling our yearly service...hope I get to meet her some day. She gets it done.

Josh, as in previous visit last summer, was very thorough, knowledgeable, and patient. After he completed the maintenance check and cleaning out, he explained everything to me. He advised me as to the new product that can eliminate bacteria with UV rays. I will look into whether we can somehow afford this.

Friendly & professional! I’ve always been happy with their services. This was the first person in my home since the pandemic started. Tech wore a mask the entire time and I felt safe while he was here.

Roger was the technician who performed the maintenance service on both of my air conditioning units. He was very knowledgeable and provided me answers to my questions. This company is THE best. They are open 7 days a week. They are friendly, professional and courteous. We purchased 2 brand new Trane units with them several years ago and have since had them out for routine maintenance. If there is ever a problem they will respond that day if at all possible. Wouldn't use anyone else!

I always ask for Edgar. He is very friendly ,thorough and on time. He has gotten down into the outside unit to remove the oak leaves that the yard man, using his blower blew into it. He has also detected a water leak under our inside unit coming from the shower and ultimately saved us a bunch of money, due to the fact that we got the leak fixed quickly. Also he always checks his feet as to not bring any dirt onto our carpet which I greatly appreciate. I will not use anyone other than him and you can see why. They just don't make them like Edgar anymore. Thanks so much Edgar. I wish you could do all our handiwork

I have used County Wide for 21+ years. I have always found them to be knowledgeable and responsive to my AC needs and requirements. I could not recommend a better company: there is not one.

This is a TOTALLY EXCELLENT company. Sales, management, and service technicians are ALL responsive and wanting to give the customer the best possible care.
Today we had our regular service by Tim. Mask on, booties over shoes in place, knew what to do, and got it done. No mess, no fuss. A true professional. Thank you for being our A/C team !
