They came within half an hour, even though it was July at the and of the day. Had my air conditioner running in 15 minutes, due to a clogged drain. Friendly polite good service.

The AC at work went out first thing in the morning. My company is in a small town outside of San Antonio but Ruben still had someone out here faster any than of the locals. We will definitely keep using County Wide for any of our needs and will recommend them to any and everyone!

I appreciate how the techs wear gloves and masks to protect me and my family. The technician insisted on not going through the house to check the outside unit, which I always appreciate. The service folks on the phone are professional and courteous.

Abel was my technician today and he was fantastic! He was polite and professional. He happened to arrive as I was unloading my groceries and he even helped me carry them in. Service way beyond any expectation.
