I've always said the staff will either brake you or make you. We've been customers for about 15yrs now. IKES doesn't disappoint. From the first point of contact to the technician who came to inspect the unit every single person was courteous, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable about the ac business. Everyone was soo friendly. We enjoyed meeting Steve who came out to inspect the old ac unit and the newly installed unit. He's friendly, professional, patient and very knowledgeable. He answered all our questions his customer service was superb 👏 👌 we'll definitely continue to do business with IKES

Service tech Steve was very professional, on time and very informative about the issues my unit was having Ike’s air is using the newest tech to help diagnose and tune AC units.
They were very transparent with the issues my unit was having by showing me pictures of issues and system diagnostics.
Also offering several options to work with my budget

A BIG 5-STAR rating to Ike's Air Condition, Inc.. Their professional staff (Mark, Frank, Eric & other) did a FANTASTIC job of removing all the 45+ year old large box ducting and replaced with the more efficient smaller round/insulated ducting in our one story home in Leon Valley. All new registers were also installed. The job was completed in ONLY ONE DAY!! They left our home very clean and free of any debris. We are looking forward to see if our CPS bill reflects a 20% savings from the installation of this more efficient system. We will enjoy knowing our $$ is not wasted from heat and air going into the attic via all the leaks in the old ducting!! Thank you to all the staff at IKE'S!

Ike’s replaced my Central air system a few years ago, yesterday it stopped working, I called and this morning, their repair guy Steve, was on time, verified the problem quickly and had my system fixed within an hours time. Very satisfied with Steve and Ike’s A/C!
