Arrived on time. Fixed concern quickly & efficiently, especially due to having part needed in his work truck so no need for delays or a 2nd appointment. Very knowledgeable & explained each step in detail as well as recommendations & other services available. Very kind, professional & will use company again in the future.

Have been doing business with this company for 10 years. The owner (Tim) and staff are honest, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful! Christopher did a great job today. Also a big shoutout to Clara and Vic who have also done repairs and maintenance in the past as well. Great company!

Christopher was our a/c technician and he was excellent. Checked the thermostat, the coils, all system pressures. Cleaned the secondary vent line…provided me with great preventative tips to keep it clean. Went outside and checked and cleaned the compressor and cooling vents. He also provided a good solution to prolong the compressors life…will do so in Nov.

Maintenance contract was a cost effective decision.

General Air Conditioning installed are complete system some years ago. They provide regular maintenance to the system to keep it in top working order. The technician that we deal with most often is Clara who is a great professional and a joy to deal with. Just prior to the 10-year warranty expiration our compressor went out. They installed a brand new compressor at no additional charge. I am sold on General Air Conditioning and their staff.

Makayla was very polite and professional. All of our questions were answered. I will definitely continue utilizing this company and I highly recommend them for any air conditioning maintenance.

We have used this business for many years for seasonal maintenance and any rare repair needed. We see the same technicians over and over which is a reflection of their experience and an excellent company to work for. I am a technical person and ask many questions. They could not be friendlier or more patient with their answers. I honestly could not be more satisfied with their service.

During the recent summer months my house was not cooling enough and it was still kinda warm inside. So I called one of the big companies you hear on the tv/radio and they gave me a very large estimate. The next day I was referred to and called General Air for a second estimate. They came out very quickly and inspected the house and gave me an estimate for the exact same things the other guys were going to do, but the total cost would about 30% less than the big guys on tv!! I ended up paying them for the maintenance to be performed and they rapidly fixed the problem. They were so awesome, showed me the problem and explained everything in great detail. They went above and beyond and even fixed things that were not part of the regular maintenance for free and got things back to normal. Fast forward to February 2023, I get a call from Crystal with General Air Conditioning and she informs me that with the service I purchased in the summer, I also received a free future maintenance of my AC system and it was going to expire if not used/performed by the end of February 2023. I thanked her for the courtesy call and explained that I had I had no idea about that so I was glad she took the time to call me and let me know! She pretty much did not have to bother to call me at all and could just let the offer go to waste and saved their company time and money. So for that I am very thankful and it just goes to show how much of an honest and great company they are!! Their technician Chris came out and he was anything short than amazing! After the maintenance was performed he showed me and thoroughly explained everything that was performed on the maintenance. He also helped repair/prevent what could have been costly repairs that could have occurred in the future. Overall I am so glad that I called General Air Conditioning as they have definitely gained my trust and future business!! Definitely 10 out of 10 and I would not go with any other company.

They were amazing! Called at 1pm and they were to my house by 3pm. Mikayla was my tech and she was so knowledgeable, professional, efficient and truly loves her job!
