We have been customers of General Air for many years. The technician are knowledgeable, honest and friendly. They arrive on time and are dependable. We have also recommended their service to friends and family several times over the years. Thank you Tim Bruce!

On July 5th I called at 7am because my a/c had gone out overnight and the other guys (friends of Bugs and Daffy One hour AC) could not get to me. Tim answered the phone and scheduled me for 3pm. At 12:30 he calls back and says his tech got done early at another job and could come now, points for early arrival. The tech that showed up at 1pm worked and worked to discover the problem to no avail, by 7pm it was obvious he was in way over his head, in comes the owner Tim, both stay at my home until 10pm to make sure my ac is operational for the night. They could not solve the multiple problems so created bypasses and said they would be back tomorrow. I advised I could not be there before 5, no problems for them...bonus points. They were there promptly, worked until 8pm to get it all done and repaired correctly. They were courteous and it was interesting to watch as Tim taught his tech as he went on. This is a professional and courteous outfit, and they also care about the customer experience and will sacrifice for the customer and you rarely see that anymore. I would give more stars if I could. Thanks Tim and Nathan for a job well done and all the effort you put forth to make sure I was happy.

Great customer service and professionalism by the sales consultant, repair technician of old AC unit, the installers of the new unit, as well as the company owner who inspected the finished installation, verified completion of warranty registrations and CPS refund application. This company is A++ for customer service. Did I mention the installation was flawless and clean up superb. I will be customer for life.

General Air has been the only AC company I’ve used since 1998.

I have been a General Air customer for many years and they are truly the best in San Antonio. My AC died on Monday night in 100 degree temperatures ~ in August not a good thing. I called very early Tuesday and Daniel was at my house at 8 AM diagnosing the issue..... after getting the run around with my home warranty company who expected me to wait at least 48 hours to even come out .... I called them back Daniel was again at my house and fixed my problem very quickly! He was very friendly, professional, and knew what he was doing. He left my house in better condition than before he came! Thank you General Air and Daniel for coming to my rescue!

Excellent and thorough service. Peter was kind, professional, and punctual. He came in a marked van and uniform. He introduced himself with a handshake. He fixed our issue and we will absolutely be using them again!!! He gave us information too on their preventative maintenance. Helpful all around and highly recommend!

Joshua was an excellent A/C Technician. He was punctual, polite, professional, and just an all around nice human being. I’ve had three service calls done by General Air Conditioning over the last couple years and they are a top notch company to work with. I highly recommend them. After searching for years, I finally found an A/C company I can count on.

I usually don't leave reviews, but I have to say General Air Conditioning is one of the best companies I've ever dealt with. I was in the market for a new HVAC and read the reviews about General Air Conditioning in the Trane website and decided to give them a call. I was expecting a high pressure commission salesman to call on me but I was visited by the owner, Tim Bruce, instead. He was very professional and took the time to measure the house and determine our AC needs. He then went over his recommendations and various HVAC system options including financing. He did not pressure us on anything and left the proposals for us to decide.
After some research we decided to go with General Air Conditioning. Tim came back out and together we decided on the system and options to go with it and set up an installation date. Tim and his crew arrived on the date we agreed on and he went to work. His crew were very professional and courteous and had the job completed in one day. Tim then took the time to go over everything his crew did and how the system works. I was impressed by the quality of their work and can even say they went above and beyond in making sure everything was right. Tim even took the time to prefill the necessary forms for a rebate from our electric company.
Overall, we felt like we were being treated like family. We highly recommend General Air Conditioning for any of your air HVAC needs. You won't be disappointed.

Very positive experience. Technician was on time 8am and worked to find the broken part on a timely manner. The owner Tim Bruce went to get the part him so the work could be completed immediately and I didn’t have to reschedule and miss work. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Will have them out again.

I did my research, these guys are the best--bar none! Very competent, honest, don't try to sell you stuff you don't need. Repaired my aging 21-yr-old A/C unit within 1 1/2 hrs whereas a competitor sent two guys out & they couldn't determine how to fix it. They don't try to rip you off either. They don't advertise which saves you $$$. General Air is great & they didn't ask me to do this referral. Save your $$$--great customer service!
