Jay and his team were very responsive when our air conditioner unit stopped working. They did not try and up sell us on things we didn’t need and were priced very reasonably. Jay came back out after we discovered an old drainage pipe had broken and he repaired it without delay.

Super prompt response on a day our AC was out during this massive heat wave. We tried to call several other repair services but most were a day or more away from having availability. Jay came by and found the issue immediately, and was patient and courteous enough to show us the "under the hood" components. He explained how he was seeing this same issue all over town due to the high demands on AC with triple digit weather for a prolonged period of time. He had the replacement part on hand and we were back up within 15 minutes of his arrival. MUCH appreciated as this saved us from having to set up the family in a hotel room for a night or more. Highly recommend this company! This will be our new go-to company for AC repairs going forward, as our previous repair service proved to be unreliable at a time when we needed them the most.
