I had two toilets clogged in a renovation house. He showed up on time, wore shoe covers and quickly made a plan of action. He showed me my options and found the problem and the drain was cleared in minutes. Very happy I called blue frog.

Hayden and Eric came out to my new house to install a water softener that I had in my previous home. There were some issues with the way the plumbing was set up in my new home and Hayden did a great job explaining what was needed. Michael (the manager) gave me a call and provided details about the service and what we should expect. Jo was also very helpful with scheduling appointments, explaining what was needed, etc.Everyone was very professional, helpful, and made the whole experience less stressful. I highly recommend blue frog and will use the company for any house issues in the near future.

They were no-shows for 3 different appointment times. Each time I spoke to the office, they’d apologize and assure me that this next time they’d show up. Never happened. Finally just called a different company.

Update: The owner followed up and was very apologetic. He offered me a credit on any future service, which I appreciate. If I end up using this company in the future, and they show up to perform the service, I will update my review further.

Super expensive, they wanted $5,000 to simply switch out a 40 gallon water heater. I thanked the guy for his time and laughed after I shut the door. A rip off considering a water heater is like $400 at Home Depot.

Brandon inspected my toilets and found the source of the constant backing up. It was a huge job. He and Hayden went above and beyond to repipe my second floor. Incredible service.
He came back for the city permit inspection, found something that needed to be adjusted and adjusted it in a timely and efficient manner. He is always very pleasant, polite, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Brandon for any plumbing issues!!!

Plumber was scheduled to do an annual inspection and to drain and flush the hot water heater. The sewer line was also inspected. Technician was very responsive and patient with questions I had throughout the inspection. Potential problems were identified and my options were thoroughly explained. This experience aligns with a previous visit by blue frog three years ago. Plumbing issues were resolved promptly and professionally. I will just say it: plumbers are not cheap. If I have to pay a plumber to repair or replace something, I want it fixed correctly the first time! So far, this has always been my experience with blue frog. I highly recommend them.

Becoming a member with BlueFrog has been the best decision we’ve ever made as home owners! They are always available and prompt when we’ve had issues in the past. The company does a great job of building relationships and we trust BlueFrog with all of our plumbing and HVAC needs.

Our AC contact Alex and our Plumbing contact Ethan are both amazing whenever they come to the house. They are never pushy with sales and always go the extra mile to make sure we are satisfied. We have had quite a bit of work done with them and we have always felt like they get the job done right the first time and we have peace of mind that if anything ever goes wrong they will be right there to help.

We had an outdoor faucet break, and after a Google search, we called bluefrog for an emergency repair. They came out within 2 hours and, while here, we had them check on a few other plumbing issues we'd been meaning to have looked at --- overall, they repaired the outdoor faucet, replaced the pressure management system, updated a toilet tank, and installed a new water softener (something we had planned to do with another company, but were pleasantly surprised to learn it was a service they offered). The whole team, including Brandon Murphy and Hayden Hopper, was very professional, efficient, on time and communicative. Highly recommended, and would definitely use again when needed!

They were prompt in responding to my call and were able to come to my property within 40 minutes. Unfortunately, the service visit did not go well. The technician could have communicated better letting me know how he would proceed and what I could expect. While he was on property, I got a call from a water restoration company asking when they could come by. I had no idea why I was receiving this call as the technician had not given me any updates on what he had encountered. When I asked what was going on, he stated he needed that company to come to my home to cut my wall to diagnose the problem for free, or that he could do it, but it would cost me $200. Just to cut the wall. I did not appreciate the tone of the conversation that followed as I was told I “should find a plumber who could work for next to nothing”.
I have worked with other companies before for home repairs and I’ve never felt being taken advantage of. Usually technicians are professional and explain the process of what to expect plus options and I’m always more than willing to pay a fair price for their expertise and work.
*post-edit: I contacted another company and they were able to come today as well. They were able to diagnose the problem promptly, offer an explanation of the problem, and provide a solution. The work will be completed in about an hour and a half. Night and day contrast from my experience this morning.

We had Ethan come out to give us an estimate on leaks we were having with both of our upstairs bath tubs. He came the same day and gave us a free estimate. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the issue. He was able to offer us an estimate that seemed fair and was going to put a 5 year warranty on their work. That tells us he and his crew are going to do quality work and not just "patch" up the problem. We look forward to working with them to get the job done right. I highly recommend these guys. I will update my review once the job is complete to let you know how their workmanship is.
