Have used Blue Frog twice now and both times were very responsive, friendly and fixed the issue. It’s been refreshing and I’ve been impressed. Most recent was a water leak in the ceiling. They came out the same day, fixed and the repair cost was much less than a previous company who did a similar repair a few years ago. I don’t believe I will ever use another company again to fill my plumbing needs…thanks Blue Frog!

This company took advantage of me in a vulnerable position. I had a leak in my water service line coming into my house. The plumber came out and said they could not repair the line being in was an old polybutylene line. This part was true. I was stuck with no water to use in my home. They charged me $7,394 to repair the line. I paid it to get the water restored to my home. I have had plumbers from other companies come out for other work in my home. I asked them how much would it cost from them to get the line replaced and got quotes from $2100 - $2500. This confirmed to me that I got fleeced. I received a letter in the mail from the company that did the excavation showing they charged Blue Frog only $1,800 to do the digging of 45ft. So 45ft for the new plastic water line and labor, by no means should have cost $5,594. I will never use Blue Frog services again. I hope this post prevents others from being taken advantage of as well.

First time utilizing Blue Frog plumbing and my experience was excellent! Matt was extremely knowledgeable, friendly courteous and great conversationalist. He explained our issues that needed attention and exactly how he was going to repair. After completion, Matt walked me through everything he did, showing us the before repair pictures and end result. I’m calling next week to get a faucet install done. Highly recommend BlueFrog and Kudos to Matt. Great job!

We are Realtors and always recommend to our clients from our own personal experience a company that provided a service in our home. Blue frog had individuals that are professionals, knowledgeable and friendly. I met some technicians that shared with us that they INVEST in themselves to obtain the highest certifications in the industry. Hearing that, tells me that they are current with the latest products and technology. I highly recommend Blue frog!

This is the first time we have called on this company, technician was very knowledgeable and explained what may have been going on with our particular situation. We will be calling on them again.

I think this company does good work although they seem too expensive. I called them because I heard about them on ktsa and they talked very highly about them. Initially they came out and were not charging me a service call and did do a tankless water heater flush for about $400. Not too different from Jon Wayne. Wasn’t too disappointed and was hoping this would fix our water heater tripping every so often but it didn’t and I was on board that it might not but it was overdue for a flush. Then they came back out after I called them again and diagnosed with rinnai tech support and found hopefully the issue. They replaced the control gas valve for about $900 for labor and part was warrantied. I’m really counting on this being fixed. I have a 1 year warranty on labor and parts are free for another 7 years but if this doesn’t fix the issue then I may call someone else. If they wouldn’t be too expensive I would call them back. I think $900 is overly expensive for a 1 hour installation unless they counted all the diagnostic work which that was not shared with me. All in all the guy did good work so not looking down on him. I think I can find another company that does the same work for less if I just look around. Can’t give them 5 stars based on cost.

We bought some new appliances and needed the dishwasher to be installed and a gas connection repaired so we could install the new stove. Richard came out and got everything done for us and he went above and beyond to make sure that everything was working before he finished. This is the second time Richard has serviced our home and he is fantastic! We were really happy that he was able to come out again for this new issue because he already knew us and our home. We will definitely be requesting him for any new plumbing issues we might have in the future because we know he will get the job done quickly and correctly, and he’ll do it with a smile. My toliets were clogged and my warranty wasn't responding I called blue frog and they were here right away and fixed the problem we didnt have to wait hours for someone to come out. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks blue frog and your team.

Ethan was proficient and very professional. He was on time and actually arrived before the appointment scheduled time. He made sure the leak was fixed properly and efficiently. He informed me of every detail. I would recommend Bluefrog Plumbing to anyone who needs assistance. The company was prompt, courteous and very thorough. I really appreciate everything Ethan and Blugfrog has done.

Very good quality work, kind of pricey but they still helped to make it affordable, worth using again! Also will be mailing Anthony's tip, I didnt have much cash on hand, he did alot of cleaning and extra necassary work. I did get the HVAC check so much cheaper than my AC unit charges. Will be seeing them again.
