Taylor from Blue Frog serviced our water softener. He was extremely helpful, thorough and knowledgeable. Always receive excellent service from Blue Frog.

Had a difficult broken pipe at the wall where a faucet is located. This pipe was over 70 years old and presented a problem to replace. I called Blue Frog plumbing and Mike and his helper showed up right on time. Mike surveyed the problem and explained exactly what had to be done and quoted a price . What I thought was going to be a daylong project turned out to be about an hours long job. The result was a great work of art. Didn't damage the house siding, replaced the old spigot and all the old pipes. These guys know their stuff. I will always call them for my plumbing needs.

water main connection at the end of my driveway and road ruptured. Called BlueFrog and they sent Taylor out. Professional, courteous, and clearly communicated all of the work that needed to be done. He got the water running in my house again, and cleaned the work area up. Very pleased with the work completed. Thanks to BlueFrog for getting someone out to the house on a Sunday afternoon!

Homer is professional and does a job well...Seemingly to be knowledgeable about his work.

Bluefrog Plumbing + Drain came out the same day I called, to track and stop a water leak from a pipe that feeds to our slab. They took just a few minutes to stop the leak. That was temporary but they recommended redirecting the pipe through our attic which we agreed to, and they came out the next day and did just that. They gave us a cost estimate, the time they would be back the next day and exactly where they were going to have to cut the wall to redirect the pipe. They were right on with every component of the repair, and their staff was amazing and professional and kept me informed every step along the way. I could go on and on but long story short, I highly recommend this company based on my first experience! ❤️

Matthew Harrington was fantastic. He quickly diagnosed the problem (an unnecessary filter cracked and allowed water leakage) and repaired it on the spot! Did I mention it was midnight on a Sunday morning?

Completely incompetent plumber, extremely overpriced and rude staff!! On October 28th we called Blue Frog to fix a leak. It was after hours and we paid $200 just for them to send out a plumber. Homer shows up shortly after and goes in attic for about 15 minutes looking for leak we had already pointed out. He comes back down and says he can fix it for another $280. We question the price and he says he can give us a $50 discount. We ask him to go ahead and do the work. He goes back up with some tools for another 30 min. Comes back down saying his tool is broken. Goes to his truck for another 15 minutes trying to fix his tool. We question him as to whether or not he can even fix the leak. He gives us attitude once more. At this point he has been at our house for close to two hours. It is almost midnight and he states we are still getting charged the $200 but he can’t fix it but rather reroute the water line so we can keep main water line on until someone with the tools can come fix it. Assuming he did something to correct the issue we left main water line running. The following day we had even more water damage to our laundry room. Checked work Homer had done and he rerouted the wrong pipe. Nowhere near the actual leak. Completely incompetent plumber. If he shows up at your house demand another employee. Yasmine (dispatch) and Tanya (manager) were completely unprofessional and rude. A call was made on the 29th for a response back from a manager and we have yet to receive word. Avoid this company at all cost!!

Ryan and a host of his coworkers came to my home .They were honestly a delight to have work on both installing a HVAC unit and a hot water heater. They will be out again tomorrow for the second HVAC …2 3 1/2 ton units!!! The one today works awesome our son is delighted with safe and COLD air!!! Will use the BlueFrog family for all my needs!!

Bluefrog Plumbing also installed a new under counter kitchen sink to replace the old one that's sprung a leak from a crack. Joe the plumber with Bluefrog Plumbing did an excellent job with all the installs in the kitchen. My wife and myself are very pleased with their work. They were very professional.

Bluefrog has done several projects for me, from water heater installation to rerouting gas lines, toilet and tub installallions. Their techs are personable and professional, do excellent work, and clean up after themselves. And their membership option has some great discounts and perks! Highly recommend!
