I was promised an appointment between 11-1pm. He came at 5:30pm.
From 2pm they have been telling me and texting me that he is on his way and wanted 658$ just to snake a toilet !!!! What a way to take advantage ! Other plumbers charge only $200 for that

Courtney and Matt were amazing. Went above and beyond to help with an emergency repair. I live out of state and my home warranty couldn’t get anyone out there for days (leak was active) so I called Blue Frog. Courtney got a hold of Matt and they worked with me to get the active leak fixed and came back the following day to finish other repairs (initial call was at 10:30pm). Matt was so professional and did great work. Tanya on the other hand (morning call) needs to take some customer service tips from Courtney and Matt. She was awful to even try to work with. Thankful I had direct lines to Courtney and Matt!

I was so impressed with blue frog, they fix my water pressure in my house when other companies did not figure out the problem, I am beyond happy

The technician was great. Very personable. Turns out we had to have our new water heater replaced. Came early Monday morning and was done very quickly. They get a gold star.

Richard was amazing! When he first came out to give me a free estimate, he was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I got estimates and quotes from several other companies but none came close to the level of service I received from Richard at Bluefrog. He not only found and repaired the leak in my water main, but also informed me of another issue on my property that needed attention and also repaired that for me (old irrigation system issue). He gave me options of service and made recommendations for future fixes/updates to my system, but never made me feel pressured in any way. He worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done and was very respectful and professional. He went above and beyond and I will definitely request him in the future if/when I need any other plumbing help!

Matt did a great job! 👍🏻 He was punctual and respectful. I appreciated the shoe covers even though I hadn’t done the floors yet 😊. He did the job and answered all my questions. Great job! I am most appreciative, will be calling again.
