Homer came out to my home to perform an annual inspection and presented some recommendations for repair services.
He was very courteous and helpful explaining the reasons for his recommendations.

Christopher was initial contact. Felt he was just a salesman - he had it in his mind that I needed a replacement and no repairs would be attempted. Comparatively speaking, price was also high. Matt and Jose removed the old water heater and installed the new. They were very professional. Only wished I had discussed water temp settings before they left.

Great place. Chris did a great job on a leak that had potential to become pretty bad. Did a great job getting everything fixed up. Will definitely be using them again. Highly recommended!

Fantastic job. Wonderful service tech postponed his lunch break to help fix our 1 toilet! Great service, quick repair, great advice. Really sorry I can't remember his name. There was another tech with him. Very nice as well.

Scheduled appointment with in 24 hrs, updated before technician heading.
Taylor , technician who helped with diagnostics - is very polite and explained everything.. Luckily i didn’t need a major repair, he was able to figuere and adjusted few things which solved my problem! I would definitely use their service in future!!
