The staff are friendly, courteous and, extremely helpful. The technician, Herman, was prompt, explained everything so I could understand it and, went out of his way by destroying two yellow jacket nests for me! I highly recommend Blue Frog.

Had emergency at my business. Was given advice on what to do until service guy would arrive that prevented more damage and then had awesome serviceman Saul, who professionally fixed our issue and gave tips on what to do to prevent reoccurrence. I use Blue Frog for home and business and they never disappoint!

I called for replacement expecting a reasonable price of no more than$250.00 -. 275.00.
Instead I got a price of $2300.00 to rebuild both toilets.
This is insane.

Blue Frog communicated well with me on the status of the technicians arrival. Homer M and an Eric were great. They made sure I knew all that they were doing to trouble shoot the clogged drain, they provided additional corrective actions to take and made sure they were able to help us out with our plumbing issue today. I originally filed a home owners claim,that got declined because of WHT the plumber wrote up in the report. I knew it was incorrect so I contacted my insurance agent and Mike Garcia the supervisor at Blue Frog Plumbing. He agreed with me that the report was incorrect. He rewrote the report and everything got forwarded to my insurance company again. This time they actually looked at the report and the pictures and approved my claim. Mike listened and stayed in contact with me through the whole ordeal and did go above and beyond. Blue Frog is a great,reliable and always on time Plumbing Company. I will use them again as this was not the first time I've used them and will recommend them in the future.

Very professional and thorough. Saul and Brian worked an hour and 45 mins. But only charged us for an hour of labor. They were honest, hard-working and got the job done!

Taylor replace my faucet laundry valves when I had no water in the house. Two other companies wouldn't even come and blue frog did and save the Day. The work was really good. We have water again.
