Called with a semi-emergent issue and was given an appointment the very next morning. Mike showed up promptly and took the time to explain each thing that he was checking/servicing with our system.

Such a better experience than we've had with other AC companies in SA over the years. Will definitely be using Honest Air in the future.

My AC was not working . I contacted Honest Air and spoke with Mike. He was able to come to my home that very same evening corrected the issue in a matter of minutes! The Capacitor was replaced. He checked the temperature through all the air vents and home to assure the system was cooling. Let me know exactly what the issue was. Honest Air serviced my AC twice. The first time, they came out to my house on a Sunday and replaced a part and got me back up and running quickly. The individual I spoke with was extremely professional and I told him I would be calling him for all future repairs.

Approximately 2 months ago, my AC's performance began to degrade, so I kept true to my promise and called Honest Air again. After some phone tag, we scheduled an appointment and the same technician came out, identified a refrigerant leak, "repaired it", and recharged my system. The bill came out much higher than I had hoped for, but I figured this was just the price to pay for a working AC system. The technician advised that we replace the coil while it was under warranty, so I agreed and asked him to get the ball rolling.

He never followed up with me (even after many phone calls).

Recently I began having similar performance issues. I called the technician's cell phone, texted him (as he requested) and even called his office line. After multiple phone calls and several days of no response, I decided to hire another company.

Honest Air did not properly fix my refrigerant leak and now I'm having to pay to have the work redone. I still have yet to receive a call back from them. This is absolutely unacceptable and I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

Mike is the guy for the job!
He is fair on prices and knows his stuff, he wont overcharge you or push you to "fix" something. Highly highly recommend

A/C installed in older home. Job not completed and no response from owner. House has flooded several times due to drain pan improperly installed and no secondary drain. Definitely would not recomend
