Honest Air lives up to its name -- HONEST! This company takes very good care of both my air conditioning systems in South Florida, which is absolutely necessary to on-going efficiency and cost. Jason, our tech, was outstanding! Thank you!

I signed up with Honest 5 years ago with Gene Cardoza. They have always honored our contract and offered great service .
They respond to problems with expediency. Air conditioning in Florida is vital especially with older folks !!!!

John took great care of our HVAC system. He explained everything and showed us what was needed prior to moving forward. We felt very comfortable with his recommendations and we were left with peace of mind moving into the warmer months. I recommend Honest Air to anyone looking for routine maintenance, repair, or new installation.

Honest Air is a sponsor of Crystal Lake school, where our kids attend. It is our second attempt at finding an honest, responsive and quality A\C business since purchasing our home earlier this year. I couldn't have been more impressed with Nick, our technician, and therefore the company itself. Nick was on time (actually early), professional and knowledgable. He didn't recommend the most expensive fix, he recommended the right one for our unit (based on prior estimates from other companies). He was patient and thorough in his explanation to a layman like me, and we purchased the Honest Air membership package. Will happily recommend Nick as an Honest Air technician as well as Honest Air as a company.

5/22/2023: Update: Jason come to our house to check our house's AC per the contract we purchased last year. He was as professional, kind and knowledgeable as Nick was. There was no attempt to upsell anything and he was incredibly thorough. Another 5 star review for Honest Air and their team!

This Company was exceptional, from beginning to end. The installer Jarrel went above and beyond from the moment he and his assistant arrived. They were punctual, courteous, knowledgeable and made sure they explained everything and did not leave until they were sure we were totally confident in operating the two high tech units they installed. Beyond satisfied and will highly recommend.

I appreciate a family owned business that does the right thing. They are professional, with incredible customer service. Jason did a great job with our 6 month service and check up. He even replaced all the air filters in the house for us! Thanks Jason!

Thank you Honest Air! We had an emergency on a Saturday summer night and it was great to be able to reach a person on the phone and have someone arrive within the hour to fix our a/c. All technicians are professional and well trained. They service our single family home and our beach condo and keep our air running smoothly! Kudos to Nick, Steve, Chris, and all the guys at Honest Air!
