The technicians that serviced my A/C unit this afternoon 3/31/22 were professional, courteous and very Knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend this company for all your A/C and heating needs. Nick and Joe were the technicians that performed the service, 5 star across the board.

I have been a customer of Honest Air for 8 years and have a service contract with them to keep the AC in good running condition. About 6 years ago our AC system which was 11 years old was failing. They came out in the evening to replace a part and got the unit up and running. We live in Florida and at night it stays in the 80's and is very humid so we were grateful for the fast service. Their service plan requires them to respond within 4 hours and they met that requirement. It also provides a service call discount and parts discount. Well worth it. We eventually decided to replace the unit since it was so old and did not want to experience another breakdown. We had Honest Air install the new AC and Heating unit. They gave us a fair price and since I already knew they were very customer service oriented we purchased from them. Last week the condensation drain clogged up with algae and the unit is designed to shut off when this occurs. I called Honest Air at 6:45 PM and they said they would be out after finishing another call. They arrived at 8:30 PM and flushed the drain and cleaned the system and stayed until 10:45 PM on a hot humid night. The Service Techs have always been very professional and say "is there anything else I can help you with". Now that is friendly service. I have also learned when they suggest a type of service your unit may need to trust them. I highly recommend Honest Air for both service and AC/Heating systems. Thank You Honest Air!

The guys at Honest Air replaced my A/C system in 2017. I got the system I wanted and financing I needed. I have them come out regularly for maintenance and have always had a good experience with them. All of the service techs are very knowledgeable and answer all of my questions. (I ask a lot of questions too) They are personable and professional. I highly recommend them for installations and service.

Had frozen coils this morning. Called Honest Air and they were here within a couple hours (would have come sooner but had to wait for coils to defrost) Tiffany told me right away what service call would cost. When Gary arrived he double checked to make sure I had been told what service call cost was. He assessed system and immediately went to work. Told me what the issue was and Fully detailed what cost would be to fix. He was very professional and courteous. Told us about their yearly service contract which we signed up for as was a good deal. Very satisfied with Honest Air! Will definitely recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Amazing experience. My AC gave out on a Wed night hours after honest air was closed. Gene drove all the way to my house regardless of time to assess the situation. He kept me and my wife calm, and assured us everything was going to be fine because I was sick to my stomach about such an expensive fix on such short notice. He went through a bunch of finance options and how each term would fit me best. We came to an agreement I was extremely happy with, with no money out of pocket, and was installed and running Friday morning. Unit is of the highest quality, runs great, and the customer service was above all. Thank you so much for your help and your professionalism. And a personal thanks to Gene for making this all happen.

Couldn't find a better more friendly company and I'm not one to compliment easily ... more prone to criticize. I'm getting old and cranky and being a native Floridian I've seen more than my share of incompetent companies and contractors.

Totally professional and efficient staff who jumped in when our home warranty company left us without A/C for two weeks this past July.

Based on a friends referral I called this company and a representative was there in 20 minutes. He diagnosed the problems with our 18 year old 5-Ton system, outlined options to repair or replace without any pressure, and we made our decision to replace.

Their staff pulled permits, handled all paperwork and one week later a new 5-ton unit was expertly installed with minimal fuss and impact to us and our house.
Their inspector came by the next day to verify the installation and our level of satisfaction, then notified Martin County for final inspection.

BUT the story dosen't end there. A few days later I noticed an increased vibration in the compressor and called the company. Within 15 minutes a technician arrived, verified the problem was a factory defective fan blade and ordered a new part on the spot. The next day he installed the new fan blades. The unit now purred like a kitten.

STILL MORE! A month later i noticed our A/C had stopped working and called them on a Sunday. Within 5 minutes their on-call tech arrived, competently diagnosed the problem being a "triple-redundant safety float override shutdown" of the system due to a clogged drainage pipe resulting in water build up in the drainage pan. If not for that our second story ceiling would have started to flood. He drained, removed the clogs and internally sanitized the drainage pan and pipes. End of this story ... problems professionally fixed and no charges to us ... Happy Ending!!!

Honest Air has never once disappointed me. Last week on the hottest day of the year so far, my air went out. They made sure I was taken care of even though they were already full for the day. Johnathan , an amazing tech came and made sure before he left everything was in proper order. This was even though it was getting late. He skipped nothing. Thank you to office staff, Amber never lets anything go. I also appreciate the follow up call the next day!

The entire team at Honest Air did a fabulous job in making our replacement experience as painless as possible. The original tech that came over the weekend to help diagnose the issue was very nice and knowledgeable. Gene walked us through the various types of systems and helped us make an informed decision on the best system for our home. Dave and Frank arrived early, were polite, courteous, and very helpful. I would highly recommend the folks at Honest Air to anyone needing AC service or replacement.
