Everyone is always super courteous. Called the answering service and within 10 minutes Nick called me back helped me troubleshoot and sent a tech out within an hour. Justin was fast, professional and while fixing the known problem noticed and fixed another thing that would have been a future issue. Excellent work.

I have used Honest Air for about 20 years. When I call, they come! No excuses, they come when they say they will. Even at 2A.M.! Yes, and with No complaints. My tech is Steve. What a personable guy. I'd like to say he is a sweetheart (I am 66 and he is about 30-no funny business). He is very professional and trustworthy. He showed me my part that needed to be replaced and explained WHY. My unit is only 5 years old, go figure. These folks will always make you smile, and I can't say that about all my other companies I use. Next time y0u need your A/C unit looked at, call them and ask for Steve, you may get lucky and get him but all their employees that I have met are wonderful.

A fantastic company, haven't ever had an issue with them. Gene explained everything perfectly well & Jarrel and Hernan installed my AC quickly and made sure I understood & answered any questions for me. Truly a wonderful company that I recommend to anyone.
