Honest Air, Inc.

Honest Air is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Called them on Sunday and they were out ASAP!!! The tech made sure we knew everything he was doing and asked if we had any questions along the way and after. The office staff is responsive and very friendly. They followed up to make sure that everything went well and to see if we had any questions. We would highly recommend Honest Air. The type of customer service they offer is a rarity these days!!!!

I could not have asked for a better experience with Honest Air. My experience started with calling into the office and speaking with Tiffany, very nice and pleasant. She gave me multiple choices and set my appointment around my schedule. Matt then came out to service my unit. He was very nice, knowledgeable, worked quickly, then patiently explained my options to me. I elected to replace my 13 year old system instead of sinking more money into it. Matt offered to call the office to set up an appointment for me. We spoke with Gene, he asked what day would be good for me - I told him I had taken time off from work - so right NOW is good - Gene was there in 30 minutes. Gene reviewed my options with me, including from the lower price units to the most expensive ones explaining in detail the difference. (poor guy--- he really did have to start from scratch lol ). On several items repeating when I didnt 100% understand, who knew AC's had come so far!! We made the appointment for installation the following week so I could have time to take a day off from work since Matt had been able to get it working enough that the old unit kept the house at least cooled off. I had mentioned to Gene I was off the next day but he didnt have an available crew.

The next day Gene calls to see if I'm still off and if so one of his crews could come in the afternoon. Perfect!! Dave and Frank came several hours later. They were both great also. After 4 hours my house was back to a nice chill. This even included modifications to the closet area it was housed in. When they left everything was clean, they even brought their own brooms. Gene called the next day to make sure everything was ok and to make sure everything was completed.

If you have to have repairs or service performed, you might as well have pleasant people to do it. I apologize if I made an error on any of their names - but everyone was really helpful, knoweledgable and very nice. Even the financing was extremely easy.

Just had my HVAC system replaced by Honest Air. Can't say enough about installers Jarrel and Hernan. In addition to being very professional they were most friendly and passionate about their work. They were an absolute pleasure to have in my home.

Just today Dave and Tristan finished installing our two 3-ton Lennox air conditioners and we can't say enough about how happy we are with the quality of the products, service and price!! Our neighbor recommended Honest Air, Inc. because he had 2 Lennox units installed at his house by Honest Air and was very happy. Totally recommend Honest Air for their professionalism, pricing and service!! Thanks again Dave and Tristan you guys did a super job!!

Rachel got a coil within one day and got it installed the following day and it was covered under our warranty !
Antonio who was conducting a routine maintenance discovered the problem by thoroughly examining the ac system and he came back and installed the new coil
Everything was covered under warranty

They Truly are Honest !

My air conditioner broke and I called my regular guy and explained it was the same problem for the third time in two years and could he come right away. I was told he couldn't come until Monday, today is Friday, so I called honest air found on Google. Sean answer e d the phone and I gave him a breakdown of my problem and could he come today. He was very professional, yet friendly, and of course he would come tonight and help me. It was already 5 ish and he was finishing up another service call. A half hour later he arrived and examined the problem and kept me informed the entire time as he explained the problem and what needed to be done and what my options were. He took time to thoroughly explain even though it was now after 8 p.m. it was obvious that he was very knowledgeable. I thought for sure he was the owner since he represented his company so well. Sean belongs in management and at least part ownership since he contributes a lot more than any employee I've ever met. I highly recommend this company.

True to their name. I have been with this company since 2005 when they installed my outside unit just 2 days before Hurricane Wilma hit. My home sustained substantial damage, but the AC unit was so securely anchored that it survived without a scatch. Over the years, this company has continued to impress me with their professional and knowledgeable service and attention. They are prompt to respond and will not leave until they, and you are satisfied that everything is in working order and all issues are resolved. They explain everything so you understand and address all of your concerns. Their pricing is more than fair and their members plan is reasonable and worth every cent. I have recommended this company to neighbors and friends and everyone is as pleased as I am. Give them a try, you won't look back!

Gary was very professional, showed up on time, and courteous. He checked out the entire system, and even rinsed out the inside of the A/C outside unit! No one has ever done that, and I was impressed. He was informative of his maintenance actions and mindful of my home. I hope, upon my request, I can keep having him as field tech. Excellent job Gary, thank you Honest Air.

We had Honest Air come and perform our contractural maintenance on our very old AC system. Cameron was very polite, professional, and friendly. He wore booties on his shoes in the house, was very knowledgeable, and answered all questions. A trustworthy service pro and company.
