Excellent service from Amber at the office and the service technician Gary. He respected my health while in my home wearing the appropriate PPE as well as myself. He had a trainee with him and they both were very courteous. I appreciate the service and care that Gary brings when he makes a service call. I would recommend Honest Air to anyone needing A/C service.

After using the same AC company for six years we felt like the service started to slip and decided to change to Honest Air. From the very first call until after the our appointment we feel very confident with our decision. Rachel in the office was very helpful and knowledgeable and Sean our tech was extremely thorough and explained everything in great detail. We signed a service maintenance contract with them and will be only working with them here on out. They are also fair on their pricing.

Honest Air has been servicing my 19 year old A/C unit for years and years. It was finally time to get a brand new unit installed, and I knew that Honest Air was the only company that I would trust to do the job. The team showed up on time, was friendly and professional, made zero mess, and answered all of my questions. The staff does a great job of communications before and after appointments. Daniel, the technician, did a wonderful job. He did a detailed oriented inspection of my system. 10 out of 10 for him.

Over the past years we've had to call at tech. twice during the night for conditioning problems and someone was available in a very short period of time to get us up and running.

This company is run by a husband and wife team (Penny and John) that are unbeatable! Their care, concern and attention to our needs and every detail has been phenomenal.

Today, Honest Air installed our new air conditioning unit and in fine fashion, let me add. The work was done in a timely manner, by professional installers who accomplished this task without incident. Time was made for describing the workings of the new unit with the opportunity for asking questions.

We've never had any other company, but than why would we, when you have the best, there's no need for the rest!

Needed new system. Replaced 24 yr. old system. Old was removed and new was up and running day after ordered! All techs were professional & courteous. Even my dogs liked them! Job site was left spotless and unit runs like a dream. I'm sure to save a lot on my electric bill. Unit will probably pay for itself. I realized when Gary arrived that part of the service call would take place inside at the condo and part outside. I did not know which he would take care of first, but it didn't matter to me. I was reading while waiting and he had a two hour window for his appointment. He arrived about a half hour in the appointment time, but when he arrived at the door, he had already taken care of the outside part. So, after 20-30 minutes, he was finished and ready to go. A nice, quick job. We chatted a few minutes and he was gone. He, like all the other representatives of Honest Air with whom I dealt were very like-able and professional.

Lavante was friendly, knowledgeable and very polite.

Dave and team installed 2 a/c systems in less than a day. They were courteous and efficient. They also cleaned up and left both areas spotless. Gene was also very helpful and went out of his way to help me with a problem I had with my pump. I highly recommend Honest Air for all your a/c needs.

My A/C kicked the bucket last night around midnight -- it was hot and miserable and my landlord wouldn't be able to have a tech out til morning -- I called Honest Air and they had a tech out to us in less than 30 minutes. In under an hour, the tech (whose name I forget, sorry!) solved the problem and had us up and running. The price was BEYOND fair and the tech was friendly and polite (despite being woken up for the house call, poor guy!). Thank you SO MUCH, Honest Air. I will recommend your services to absolutely everyone I know -- I'll never go anywhere else.
