We have been customers of Honest Air for sometime, but our most recent dealings with them have been really wonderful - John and Nick are excellent technicians that also provide amazing customer service! The administrative staff are also great - they have ALWAYS been professional and helpful!

Jason is a true professional, an excellent worker,and easy to work with. We think he is the best!

The team provided great service from quote through delivery and set up. The entire process took less than 1 week and installation was 5 hours. The crew was knowledgeable and did an absolutely clean job, leaving nothing behind. All the paperwork (including rebates) was filled out for me to sign and mail. I was contacted that evening by the finance company explaining the payment plan and all prepayment possibilities. In effect, it was a clean, professional, complete job. The prices were fair and they provided the most competitive bid.

They were recommended to me by a co-worker who used them for an install of a new unit. I was in desperate need of a new unit so I called. Best call I’ve made since owning my house. They are true to their name “Honest” from the salesman to the most recent repair from a lighting strike. I completely trust and recommend Honest Air to anyone and everyone in need of air conditioning. The level of service is and was amazing.

Called for a service call around 1130 on Friday. I was pleasantly surprised when a technician was at my house within a few hours. Unfortunately my AC needed to be replaced so they had an estimator (Gene) respond out soon after and explained all my options. Gene was very patient and reviewed all of my options and discussed which unit would be most cost-effective in the long run (surprisingly not the more expensive one). Happy ending is a new unit was installed and my house was cool by Monday afternoon. Everyone at Honest Air was professional and eager to make me happy. 5 stars aren't enough for this response especially on a holiday weekend. Would highly recommend.

Honest Air came very highly recommended, and now I know why. I called on Thursday, they made an appointment to meet with me for the next morning at 8:30AM. I was watching for them, and sure enough, they were here right on time. Two very courteous young men came to the door and introduced themselves, it was Shawn and DJ. They put booties over their shoes before coming into the house, and right away asked if there was anything extra that needed to be done around the house, like mow the grass, pickup limbs or even washing the car! I told them thank you, but no. And, they got right to work on checking one of my A/C units. I had an original unit from when the house was built back in 1977, the motor was froze up tighter than a drum. I'd say it was probably time to upgrade, so Shawn called the office to see when one of their Comfort Control advisers could meet with me, and we agreed to later that morning around 11AM. Shawn & DJ cleaned up and asked me once again if I needed anything else done around the house, which I didn't, and they took off. Gene came out, again, right on time at 11AM. And immediately put booties on over his shoes. He went up in the attic and took measurements, and checked the location outside to see just exactly what unit would fit our needs. He had all kinds of different manufactures to choose from, explained why some would work better than others, depending on the different needs and requirements we may have as homeowners. And we agreed on a unit. They offered different payment options, which we agreed on one, and than we scheduled the installation. I couldn't believe it, they were coming out the following Monday! Sure enough, the install crew showed up Monday morning, right at 8:30. And, by just about 1PM, they were done. The A/C works great! I just can't get over how quickly everything was taken care of! And, as funny as it may sound, everyone I dealt with just seemed so courteous and honest! You just don't get that kind of service anymore. If you're looking for a good A/C guy, look no more! I will recommend Honest Air to everyone I talk to.
