Jason was professional, tidy & knowledgeable. I only gave Honest Air 4/5 stars, bc all AC co’s are ridiculously expensive.

I've been a member of Honest Air A/C care program for over a decade, they check out my system twice a year to ensure that my A/C units are working at their best. Their scheduler/receptionist contacted me to schedule our semiannual AC units inspection and service. The morning of the service they contacted me to let me know that the Technician (Jason) was on his way. Jason arrived on time and immediately went to work on my AC units. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and took his time to inspect and maintain my systems. As a matter of fact, Jason discovered a burnt-out UV light bulb and recommended replacement. Jason also recommended an electronic part that should help extend the life of my AC compressors. I've been very pleased and highly recommend Honest Air Inc. for any AC needs, and want to thank Jason for his professionalism & thorough job.

I had not been satisfied with previous A/C companies I had tried. I’ve seen Honest Air vehicles around and thought to give them a try when one of my units stopped cooling. Our technician, Chris, came out on a Saturday and got us up and running. I explained problems I had with previous repairs and he was able to explain what should have happened and why other A/C companies cut corners. Honest Air is the real deal and I am glad I gave them a call.

Justin from Honest Air arrived to repair our AC; he was very professional, found & explained the issue, what was involved to make the repairs, provided constant updates, once completed reviewed what he did and the costs. He wore protective boots and made sure he cleaned up afterwards to our satisfaction. We have been using Honest Air as our exclusive AC repair service and each service call has been consistently the same excellent service! I would recommend Honest Air to friends without hesitation!

My husband and I were so impressed with the friendly, quick and professional help Honest Air has been these last 3 years. They installed a new ac over 2 years ago and whenever there has been a problem, Someone knowledgeable comes and takes care of it. This week we had damage done due to a power surge. We can’t thank Nick and Jason enough for working hours in the hot sun repairing our unit. I will not hesitate in giving Honest Air our business.

This is my second maintenance visit. Today was Nick and talk about friendly, was happy to hear my moisture problem. He looked at everything found outside unit was not hooked up to run at its full potential and with everything he did today I will have less moisture in my home. A/C stopped working. Was on automated hold to my service provider: Mechanical Air, for over 2 hours. Went on a golf cart ride and saw Justin from Honest Air working in the Valencia Cay community in Port Saint Lucie. Stopped and chatted with him. He said he would be there as soon as he finished up his work there. 45 minutes later, a knock on the door and Justin appeared. 30 minutes later he had the A/C running again. Very thankful for him and his company. Highly recommended!

Lovante was thorough and explained what the issue was and was disappointed he couldn’t take care of it today.

I wanted to write this review to thank Honest Air for sending technician Nick to service my A/C. He did an outstanding job from start to finish. He took the time to ask questions about any issues, and during his complete inspection found (2) parts on the condensing unit that were failing and replaced them. Nick is very knowledgeable, and Honest air should be proud of the service work he does. I would highly recommend Honest Air for any A/C repairs or new replacement. Once again, many thanks to Nick for an outstanding job!

Very thorough review of the entire system and clear description of issues found, urgency of repairs, and cost. Did not feel pressured to spend more money than necessary.
