Chris represented Honest Air very well. He was personable, knowledgeable, and professional. My A/C was fixed finally (we needed it for a long time) and it was done right! I'll use this company again in the future.

Gary came out to our house on short notice to troubleshoot issues with our Air Conditioning. He was very knowledgeable and helped me understand what was wrong with our system and performed numerous tasks over a couple days to get both units up and running again. I will definitely be turning to Honest Air and Gary again for HVAC service needs.

Marc, the technician, showed up promptly on time this morning to service my two A/C units. He was dressed in a neat uniform and was always very professional. I even noticed his work truck was new and clean.
He was very thorough and it was obvious to me he knew what he was doing. He explained everything he did to the units.

We started out in a rollercoaster of issues but at the end they came they saw they fixed. We purchased an older home and the AC needed more work then Donatella Versaces face. We had the guys coming back and forth multiple times trying to resolve the issues. Gene and the whole staff were amazing making sure that the AC would be fixed. I felt I met everyone who worked their as the whole team came to diagnose and fix the issues. Thanks everyone for the help.

Antonio was very helpful and showed genuine interest in taking care of my issues. I’ve had to call several times in the passed for the same issues. Different servicemen would come out to “fix” the problems but told me the issues where because of my drainage system. They were all very professional but the problems still haven’t stopped. Antonio did several additional things that the other technicians did not do. He also placed the order for the necessary filters for my particular AC unit requires. The last serviceman told me I could just use regular filters but this was not correct. I’m truly hoping my AC will now be working correctly. Antonio provided 5 star service today. Thank you very much.

I have had a yearly maintenance contract with Honest Air since last year. The home is older and when Sean came out for our first maintenance there were several problems that needed to be addressed. He explained everything in detail along with the pricing and why. We replaced what was needed and the system has been running perfectly. The other day Sean returned for our check up and was pleased to report that all is well. We may have to replace something in our oldest unit next year (perhaps sooner), but for now all is good. Sean is the most polite, professional and respectful technician from any company that has ever come to my home. I highly recommend Honest Air!

We chose Honest Air to replace our air conditioning unit when it broke. Not only are their prices competitive, they have a wide variety of types to choose. We joined their club, so they will come to the house 24 hours 7 days a week if there is a problem. No crazy charges! They call us to schedule an appointment when it is time to service the unit. The technicians are polite and helpful, going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Every person I have ever dealt with at this company is wonderful. I am so happy we chose them!
