I like this company a lot. The salesman/owner came across as professional, honest, and knowledgable. The two women (one was Clara) who installed my system were experienced and knowledgable and did an excellent job. I feel safe with this company, meaning that I don't have to worry about being mugged or ripped off by the workers who come out to maintain my system. Clara is one of their best.

They have installed Trane units on 2 separate occasions and the service is excellent. Installer Victoria did it both times and explained what was going to happen. They always took care to protect the floor surfaces and leave the work area clean. Highly recommended

If I could give zero stars I would!! This was the worst AC service we’ve EVER received. My husband called them for preventive maintenance since the hot days were about to hit and we truly regret it. Our ac had been working fine, no issues UNTIL after they provided “services”. The technician came while my mom and kids were home...my mom stated he was at the house for a while but had no idea what he did. I get home and my second out door valve is now leaking EVERYWHERE when I hadn’t had issues with it or the ac since we moved in. I called my husband angry wanting him to call the tech back out. This guy shows up at my door and literally says “so I heard you had questions that you want me to answer”. I take him to look at all the leaking coming out of my AC valve located in my backyard and the tech suddenly becomes really frustrated and angry. He starts to tell me that if I want him to fix it it’s going to be another $250. I asked why I would have to pay for something they messed up in the first place (when we had JUST paid for them coming out hours earlier). He ends up walking out of the house and going to the work van shaking his head. He puts his tools away in the van and sits in the drivers seat for about 20 mins...now my ac is actually broken with the second valve leaking like crazy. It is currently 80 degrees inside my house and the thermostat is set to 72. This has been the WORST experience I have ever encountered with an ac company. I NEVER leave reviews but had to on this one. Buyers beware, don’t call these guys for any sort of maintenance....they will end up messing up your stuff just to make more money off you! I have videos and photos of the issues we now have that I will be submitting to the better business bureau in the morning.

The A/C unit i had put in 2 years ago all has been a fantastic investment! The Return on Investment: I used to have to buy 200 gallons of propane 3 to 4 times a winter. Last year I filled it only once in March. I’m still heating on the same tank and have plenty left for this winter. Each tank cost around $500. That’s about $1500 - $2000 savings per year. Very happy with our purchase. The house is much more comfortable in any season. Tim and his team has always been the honest and best quality HVAC company we used since 2003!

That's because this company, that I've been doing business with for over 20 years now, has always impressed me with it's dedication to customer satisfaction, more than any other company I know. They have the best, highly skilled and trained technicians, along with a 1st class office team.

Was thrilled to see such positives reviews when I looked this company up for a new ac installation so I decided to call and have an appointment set. But boy did I make a mistake, the tech that showed up seemed to be professional but an hour or so after he arrived I approached him to offer some fresh lemonade I had made but when he turned around he fumbled what I thought was an ac part but it turned out to be a crack Pipe. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Make sure you shop around! I got charged almost $900 and the AC system still didn’t work. Had someone else come and take a look at it and since the fan motor was just replaced the fan blades needed to be balance which should of been done the first time. Once the blades were balanced it worked like a champ and didn’t need a new system. I would not recommend general air to anyone.

More importantly is the attention to detail and attentiveness to their work is best summarized by their technicians.

In this case; I’m referring to Clara. We’ve been fortunate enough to be able to interact with Clara almost exclusively. We feel so relaxed and assured the moment she arrives at our property.
