Tech Christopher found an exposed wire and blown fuse and replaced that. He also showed me how to link my app to out thermostat, provided an analysis and recommendation for cutting down on amount of dust entering the furnace, and gave me a money-saving tip for the future! Much appreciated!

General Air Conditioning has been my go to for all HVAC needs for over 10 years. Though honestly they do such a good job I rarely even need to have them come out. But when I do, I can always count on them to help me resolve my issues both quickly and correctly. I highly recommend their services, I have not been disappointed yet. Thank you!

Technician did a thorough job cleaning AC showing me before and after pictures of AC. Even noticed a gas leak on my gas meter when she sprayed a little water on connections and saw gas bubbling out and let me know about it so I could notify gas company to get if fixed. Going above and beyond her normal responsibilities.

Technician was very polite, friendly, respectful and professional. Explained everything he did, what might be needed in the future. Nothing but good things to say about this service.

Clara was very knowledgeable, she cleaned our condenser the right way, used shoe covers & found a leak in my coil, I didn’t know I had. I highly recommend this company!!

Based on previous experiences with General Air Conditioning, I signed up for a maintenance plan with them when I moved into my new house recently. As always, it was easy to schedule an appointment and they were very transparent about their pricing. The technician arrived on time and was professional and pleasant. He did a great job inspecting both of my HVAC units and explaining what he did during the visit and what work should be considered in the future. General AC has maintained, installed, and repaired systems at three different homes for me over the past few years and I've never had a negative experience. Highly recommended.

Well I can tell you that we struck gold with General Air Conditioning. Throughout the process we got excellent service in determining exactly what we needed based on our house and a/c use. Every step of the planning process was clearly explained and all my questions were answered. For such a big purchase, I felt really reassured that I picked the right system and company to work with.

The install process was just as impressive. The technicians were very professional and worked diligently to make sure everything was installed correctly. They also kept me informed throughout the installation to help me better understand the ends and outs of my system.
