I was just treated to a 5-star installation by Nathan and Z. I had both a furnace and air conditioner installed. Their focus on the work at hand never wavered. They were also courteous and took the time to answer questions. I appreciated the time they took to make sure everything was working right. Their concern for my satisfaction with the installations was very evident. I would recommend Ike's to anyone looking for great service.

I moved to San Antonio about a year ago and bought a house site unseen as a military move, in the middle of summer, from Alaska. I quickly realized I need some extra help with my AC system. I called several places but nobody in town was as helpful and responsive as the people at Ike's air, something I should expect from a fellow veteran owned company. They installed a mini-split in the added master suite which made a huge difference. We go a summer later and the regular AC unit in my house was freezing after about 45 days of +100 weather. Richard came out and explained my options thoroughly of whether to repair or replace. I decided to replace after considering the cost benefits, rebate incentives, energy savings and a warranty. The install team knew exactly what they were doing, even moving my new unit down a bit, out of the sun and closer to the shade which has made such a difference. Even Priscilla in financing was informative providing me with all my financing options as well as rebate paperwork and cash up front discounts. Just a really well oiled machine over at Ike's, I'd definitely recommended them to anybody.

The Lead Tech, Richard, came out originally to diagnose the system and was great at explaining what was wrong with our system and helped us understand our options on a new system so we could decide what was best for us.

The installation was professional and exceeded my expectations.
Nathan and his crew got us up and running quickly and they were fantastic from start to finish. If I had a question or concern about anything during the process they were all answered with genuine kindness and consideration.

Priscilla and the office staff were exceptional as well, taking care of all the scheduling, coordinating, communicating, warranty paperwork, CPS rebate processing, and follow-up.

Ike's A/C team exceeded our expectations and made a challenging situation like replacing an entire air conditioning system in 100 degree weather actually pleasant.

I've been a customer of Ike's since I bought my home last year. Since then - they have done a lot of work for me to fix ductwork, balance airflow, emergency blower repairs, and then the dreaded replacement of the entire system. Each time, dealing with Priscilla in the office and Richard in the field has been a pleasure. They are fast, responsive, helpful, and always ready to help. I'm from NYC and a demanding customer - they always take care of things and follow-up quickly. I'm really happy working with them.
