Technician arrived on time. Very efficiently serviced our unit. Explained what need to be done then did it quickly. Offered us the Air scrubber unit to clean the air moving through duct work. Using Ultra Violet light to kill germs and bacteria and viruses. We purchased unit based on his information and thorough explanation of item details

I had my AC installed by these people years ago and was smart enough to get and keep a service contract with them. Besides keeping the AC maintained it also gives you “priority” if things go awry. Today my AC stopped working and the technician was here within a couple of hours. They have always been terrific and I am SO glad my AC is one thing I don’t have to worry about because I have such a great company taking care of it!

My experience with County Wide Service, from the first conversation with Ruben Santos, who patiently answered all of my initial questions, to the repair of my A/C system - delivered timely and professionally, was top shelf 100%. I really appreciate the education I was given by tech Mr Gonzalez, who took the time to explain the system so clearly that I felt I really needed to sign up for their preventative maintenance plan to protect this most important of investments. I've used County Wide Service Co. for many years and have never been dissatisfied. I always ask for Tim, as he is the very best HVAC technician I have encountered since purchasing a home in Windcrest in 1988. As long as Tim is there, I will continue to use County Wide.

We had an A/C check up today, and our technician was very thorough. He was wearing booties for his shoes, gloves and a mask for protection. He asked if we had any issues and made sure to check the entire system for any problems. He cleaned the condenser and flushed the system. Wonderful job!

my blower died, had to be temp replaced with temp unit as the parts company was closed due to weather. Tim, the tech, worked into the coldest night of the year to get it installed. correct blower motor to be installed next week. great service during a tough weather time.

Tech called to let us know when he would arrive. Arrived within time frame as indicated in call. Analyzed our A/C problem and explained what he was going to do to fix our problem and looked at options to make fix better. Once plan of action determined, got to work and did the job! Took the time to answer all of my dumb questions about the system and how it worked. Look forward to having the same tech (Abel) back again in the future. Tech is a fine example of a proud professional who does quality work and is responsive to the needs of the client, so glad he works for County Wide.

We’ve been with County Wide now for over 10 year. They have kept our A/C alive and well the entire time. They’re prompt, efficient, and pleasant to deal with. Probably the most reliable we’ve found so far.

I have done business with these folks for almost 20 years so their $1700 quote to move 3 ducts during a remodel was accepted. 2 of the 3 did not pass air. They asked an additional $900 for fixing the problem. I had my contractor deal with them and they settled for only an additional $300 for to correct work they should have done properly the first time. Zero stars is more accurate
