I’ve been using this company for almost 20 years in two houses, so obviously I’m happy with their service. They have installed a furnace for me and kept my heating and AC system running well. I recently had to have some repair work done on my compressor, and the tech recommended the least expensive option, saying that was all I needed. That kind of honesty is what keeps me as their customer!

Tech was very courteous and answered all my questions. Worked fast and keep dust to a minimum. He was friendly with my curious dogs, too. Definitely recommend Countywide Service!

About 3 years ago I had my new system put in through this company I've used them ever since for normal maintenance every 6 months, the tech today by the name of Josh did the 6 month tune up, he was very professional took his time it wasn't only like 15 minutes and then they're gone, I will continue using this company.

County wide has not failed me when I've needed servicefor my central a/c. Fast, reliable service. Have come out same day when I've called and in most cases within 1.5 hours of calling for service. Shout to the tech that has come last two times, Luis, I've needed a/c service. Honest and reliable. They do not try to sell you anything you do not need. County wide came out on 7/20/20 for a/c not cooling. Came back out two weeks later ,8/3/20, for same issue. Had it fixed within minutes of arriving and no charge aince it was same issue.

Heard honking outside my house today around 4:00pm. Looked out the window to see what was going on and a County Wide Service Company van was passing a school bus with children exiting while the bus honked and tried to get the van to stop. It is illegal and very unsafe to pass a school bus while the stop sign is out, especially as children are exiting. Please educate your drivers about road safety.

County Wide Service has always provided excellent maintenance service. Their technicians are very thorough in examining all aspects of the unit. Appointments are easy to obtain and the technicians are always on time. I have and will continue to recommend to family and friends.

Paid for AC maintenance, only checked inside for for temp and overflow float. Checked outside but only sprayed the outside of unit to clean it, did not shut off unit and remove fan to clean inside of unit. Not satisfied with thoroughness of cleaning. Customer for 11 years.
Received no response from Countywide on my original review. They see to be uncaring of their customers comments, reduced from three stars too one.

Been with Countywide Service for 25 years because their skill is unmatched and their honesty is unquestioned. I see many of the same technicians regularly on preventive maintenance - so I can tell that their employees respect the company as well. Add competitive pricing to that and I don’t know why you would choose another HVAC company.

Was getting water in my A/C pan and Abel was able to see where the drain fitting was cracked, allowing water to seep around the fitting. He replaced the pan which involved removal and reinstallation of the blower coils and motor. Work was done professionally and promptly after he was able to get the part from Trane, a sister company to American Standard.

July in South Texas is not a good time to be without air-conditioning. We called County Wide Service Company Thursday morning and, fortunately for us, they were able to schedule our issue for that afternoon. Tim arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem. He is courteous and professional. Also, very important, Tim is extremely knowledgeable and skilled! Thanks to Tim we are once again able to enjoy cool comfort. Tim is an outstanding representative of a wonderful company. Thank you, County Wide Service Company!
