Johnny went above and beyond. Not only did he come out at 6:00 on a Friday for a drain cleaning, he stayed late to show us how to work our new thermostat. We will definitely be repeat customers.

Our AC stopped working on Saturday and we paid for an emergency repair with our regular HVAC company. He diagnosed it as a bad circuit board in our blower and said Monday would be the earliest they could order the part. When he called today, and said it would be delivered tomorrow (Tuesday), I decided to get 2nd opinion and called County Wide. Primo came within an hour and 15 minutes and immediately said it wasn’t the circuit board. He spent two hours cleaning, fixing some wiring, and got it running. Troubled-shooted and rechecked drain pump, temp drop, etc. SO glad I called CW and am switching maintenance plan to them!!

Excellent professional who quickly checked my equipment. He installed all 20+ filters. He gave me advice regarding my units. I will continue to use County Wide Services.

This is the third or fourth time that I’ve called County Wide out to work on my A/C unit and each time they have come to the house the same day within two to three hours. The repairs were completed within an hour or two and repairmen have always been courteous and professional. Repairs have been reasonably
priced. I would definitely recommend them.

We’re impressed with Countywide and will remain loyal customers. Their manager in San Antonio, Jonathan, is most responsive and accommodating. Technicians are punctual, courteous, communicative. Best of all, no one’s out to poke your eyes out with unnecessary, hidden, or outrageous prices. Reasonable, reliable, excellent.

Mr Tim arrived on time and asked what problems we were experiencing. He looked over the unit & found the problem. He replaced the capacitor! When he left the house dropped 2 degrees & is cooling as I type this! First time using this company & my friend Elisa referred me to them. Thank you!!!

County Wide has been our Service Company for many years. All the
folks there are pleasant and friendly. Technician Louis Gonzalez has been
with them and there for us throughout the many years which included
replacing heating and cooling units and duct replacement as well as
twice annual inspection service. I wouldn't consider calling anyone else
for service.
10 June 2021 - Update. Summer system check performed today. Technician Louis was on time, efficient and thorough. We are confident that the service we have always received from this company is what we expect and have never been disappointed. five stars!!

Countywide installed a new heating and AC system a few years ago. We have used them for yearly maintenance ever since. Always on tme and thorough. Technicians are friendly and address the issue f you have a concern or question. I definitely recommend their services.

I am very happy with County Wide Service Co. My AC went out, in August, and they were able to send someone out within a few hours to get me up and running again. So thankful for the quick service. Unfortunately, the old system was caput and I had to have a new system put in. Their team was able to schedule the install of the new system for the next day and had it nice and cool by the end of the day. Great, hard-working company. Very happy to have found them.
