County Wide Service Co.

County Wide has never failed me when our AC has. They respond immediately and their work is excellent. They recently installed a new Daikin AC and the difference in temperature and cost per month is very noticeable. The city inspector was also impressed by their work. I highly recommend this company.

My air conditioner was not cooling our house. This was on a Saturday. After calling County Wide a technician was dispatched within an hour. The problem was identified and repaired. The tech was courteous, competent , and used COVID safety protocols. I have been a County Wide customer for years and have never been disappointed with their service.

County Wide was great. I called them at 6:30 pm thinking I wouldn’t be able to get anyone to come repair my ac until the next day on one of the hottest days of the year. They came out that same day and got my ac working. They replaced a part that had been replaced by another company 2 years ago for less than what I had paid the other company. I was able to get a good nights sleep thanks to County Wide.

I’ve used their services since we moved to San Antonio 3 year ago, they service my AC and heating unit every year and they do a great job. Today (Sunday) I called them because last night my heater stoped working, I was not expecting them to come so fast. It was great to count on them even on a weekend, specially with the weather the we being so cold. As always they did a great job, they were on time, fixed the problem.

Edgar is awesome. Always on time and always explains things thoroughly. I would highly recommend you ask for Edgar. Servicing my a/c unit is one the best things I do and glad I’m using Countywide.

Update 6/24/21= completely feel the same today. Edgar continues to be honest and thorough! Countywide responds immediately.

I have used Countywide for almost 15 years and I would not change service companies. They replaced my old system and the new system is well taken care of with service agreement. I have had the pleasure to work with several of their service personnel and all have been knowledgeable and professional as they perform their duties. I am glad we made this contact years ago.

The service technician was polite, professional and considerate. He arrived on time wearing a protective mask and gloves to prevent the spread of COVID (these crazy times we're living in). He thoroughly inspected and serviced my AC system, answering all my questions along the way. Overall I am very satisfied with County Wide Service and will continue to use them as my AC service provider for years to come. Thank you.

Technician responded quickly and on time to diagnose my AC problem. 100+ degrees on a Sunday. Quality work, no wasting time. He had replacement parts and a fan motor in his truck. Able to complete the job and thoroughly check my system for any other issues. I highly recommend County Wide for any repair or just quality maintenance service

County Wide has maintained my Htg./AC system since 2011. They've always been top notch and when my cooling system failed, they bent over backwards in my behalf & honored the warranty even though as bad luck would have it...the limited warranty had expired by a few weeks. I was truly grateful and will never forget it. When a coil had to be replaced (and ordered) over a hot July weekend, my service rep (Edgar) was concerned about my well being during this interim and sent a person to install a temporary cooling unit. Again you don't forget such acts of kindness. Thank you County Wide for your integrity and for your caring team.
