Josh was our service tech. Very respectful and respectful of our property. Knowledgeable and just a Nice guy. He was on time was able to get the part we needed right away and got it installed within a couple of hours. Thanks Josh!

This is the second time I have used this company. Both times they where on time fast, friendly and got my system up and running. Cody did a great job troubleshooting the issue and double checking the HVAC system. Then took his time to explain what he found. Best in Fort Worth in my opinion.

Mike did an excellent job when he arrived at the house. He looked at the A/C unit and told me he thought it was a capacitor. He pulled the capacitor off the unit took it back to his van tested it and showed me what the test showed and what the test should have showed. Took the capacitor back to the unit installed it and fired the unit back up. He then came in the house and started checking the vents to make sure the A/C was blowing cold in all parts of the house. He was quick, thorough and very professional. He is an asset to One Hour Air & Heat.
