There was a small schedule mess up that One Hour AC apologized a million times and immediately corrected and got us help asap (same day). Justin Sulak was our technician and he was amazing! Super helpful and friendly. He helped us understand our AC maintenance and upkeep while also finding our issue. Our issue ended up being electrical and he even help us get in contact with an affordable electrician that partners with One Hour AC. 10/10 would recommend!

I wasn't home during the installation but when I got home everything looked very professionally done. Fast responsive and on time. I called for a quote to replace my AC system. They were attentive and able to provide someone same day. Ultimately I decided to go with another company but I would consider using them in the future.
