Justin did a great job diagnosing our AC issue and getting it resolved. He arrived very quickly even though it was late at night. He was thorough and I appreciated his attention to detail. He offered helpful solutions which would save us money in the long run. I will be requesting Justin for all my future services!

Mike, the technician, was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. His work ethics were through the roof. It shows how much he values the company and himself. Mike and One Hour Air were awesome. They were able to schedule me in early and Mike did a great job fixing our problem. He took time when he was done to explain everything to me and gave me some advice to aid in maintaining my systems.

Mike was awesome!!! He spent time listening to what my concerns were about what was going on with our AC. He provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service and also fixed my problem. 😁 Mike went above and beyond to explain what he was doing, walked me through what he was going to do, he was thorough, and provided detailed information in a way that I could understand it. My A/C went out and Zack came out to my home in 42 minutes after hanging up with Eric. "Yes I did time him lol 😆" Zack was very calm and clear on how he would get my home comfortable again. Yep, My guy Zack knew it was burning up in the house. But what really stood out reader's, he was very concern about the new born in the home. Zac quickly set me up with financing and a new unit in my home... Wait wait wait.. Did I tell you "Same Day" install with a warranty. Thank you "Zack" for being an everyday Hero!!!!
