These guys were incredible and hard working. They installed a whole new system for us and were so professional. These people really know what they are doing and do a great job at it!! They also made sure to explain everything they did in detail. It was very comforting.

Justin did a great job fixing another companies mistake. Even though it was late at night for the repair call, he was very friendly and reliable. Knowledgeable about HVAC and made sure I was comfortable with the repair before leaving.

I needed a new capacitor for my A/C. I knew this from my own diagnosis, and the technician confirmed that I was correct. I was then charged over $430 for a $10 capacitor. It’s soul crushing to experience greed like this. Maybe you will have a better experience. Good luck.

Everyone I dealt with was very professional, highly skilled, and committed to correct installation meeting all code requirements. Zac Salgado came and inspected my existing systems (13 years old and a typical builders model) and didn't oversell but did show all possible options..Hector and Wesley (service technicians) arrived with all required parts, removed old and installed new condensing unit, evaporator unit and blower section in a very timely manner taking care not to damage anything. Total job took just under two hours and they hauled off all old parts. I was in the industry and have previously dealt with a number of companies offering these services. I dare say few could meet the total overall jobs done by One Hour. I was VERY satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend them to others needing these services

So far my new ac unit and furnace are working fine but I had also asked them to put a new vent in our laundry room but because our crawl space was small I felt like he didn't want to go through the trouble of installing it and just told me "there wasn't enough room" I gonna get a second opinion and probably won't fool with them anymore if it turns out we in fact can get a vent into our laundry room and he just didn't want to do it because it was a hassle everything

I have been using this company for almost a year. If I could give ZERO stars I would. We have to get a tech out here very month to “Fix” a brand new system that we payed 26k for. Yes we overpaid. Oh well it’s past that. The fact that every time the weather changes I have to call them to get this system working is pathetic. The most recent is my system won’t hold it at 72 degrees and it has not even been very warm. They came out and he said I am low on Freon. I asked why and he said “I think when they did the installation one didn’t tighten a fitting all the way and it was leaking out upstairs.” Please if you read this review do business with someone else because they will always have an excuse. They had the “quality control” team out to look at my system and we all realized they did not even install the correct parts of what I purchased. At some point you lose faith in a company. I am at that point. I am not satisfied with their work at all and I am tired of having to get them out here every month. It’s Pathetic.
